Very well-made, it fits perfectly on the Rubbermaid Commercial FG356988BEIG Rectangular 23-Gallon Untouchable Trash Can. Yes, it can be considered "Untouchable" when you drop trash into the receptacle with this lid, but, only if the item has some weight to it. The old lid lost one of the counter weights (one side wouldn't close anymore) and the local box store didn't sell the lid only. We are using this in a home, not a commercial setting. I purchased the original can with lid 8/18/14. The lid cracked and eventually broke. I replaced the lid 7/2/15 and it now needs replaced again. Bad quality. I could not recommend this product.
