I was very nervous about purchasing this for my son‘s birthday. I had had several reviews that said that it was very complicated to put together and a couple said it took 5,6, even 7 hours, but he got it put together in under an hour he seasoning it. It works fine. He likes it. He is excited to use it. He likes that the griddle comes on so he can clean it. This is a great grill, sturdier than a lot of other brands. It was a little fiddly to put together but arent they all. Hot plate is nice to cook on & its all nice quality, i am very happy with it

I like it although the frame metal is very light gauge. The cast iron griddle is great and I enjoy cooking breakfast on it.

    • You get what you pay for I guess
Putting together wasn’t as difficult as some might find. the issues were a lot of the holes did not lineup so you have to try to force things to fit together. then I use it two times and the cooking griddle surface warped to the point where now the grease does not run to the grease trap. I contacted customer support and I get argued with about getting a replacement part telling me that the part looks fine shouldn’t be an issue. I should just use it. Like if it was fine, I would never reach out to you about replacing a part that shouldn’t warp after two times of being used. If you wanna get a cheap griddle, I suggest looking somewhere else there’s saving money and there’s buying this piece of crap. ... show more
