Not worth the price. The material is extremely flimsy. Instructions aren't the best either. Mine was missing parts so I had to make it work. Amazon was great though! They were kind enough to reimburse me the full amount for not getting the product I paid for. I'll be looking for a different manufacturer to buy a new grill after this one has served it's purpose. First time buying Royal Gourmet. The grill is that cheap rod grating, and the charcoal tray won't last very long. Not worth anywhere near 112 bucks. I bought the Royal Gourmet CD1824M 24-Inch Charcoal Grill and overall I’m happy with it, especially for the price. This grill definitely gets the job done and is a solid option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly charcoal grill with good features. First off, be prepared to build this from the ground up. Assembly takes time and patience. I highly recommend having someone help you, because doing it alone can be frustrating. The instructions are decent but not perfect, and this seems to be a common complaint. Some users online also mention that assembly can be a “bit of a chore” and that the instructions aren’t always the clearest.  Once built, the grill actually performs well. It has a large cooking surface, adjustable charcoal pan, and good airflow control, which makes it easy to manage heat for different foods. The front charcoal access door is also very convenient so you don’t have to lift the lid and lose heat while cooking. Many people say these features are what make this grill stand out for the price.  The only real issue I had was the mechanism that adjusts the charcoal pan up and down. It doesn’t feel very stable and was difficult to use at first. That part could definitely be better designed and more solid. Some other users also mention loose parts like the ash tray or certain components needing adjustment during setup.  Overall, for the money, this grill offers great value. It may not be premium quality, but it has solid features and cooks food well. If you don’t mind a longer setup and a few minor quirks, it’s a great starter or backyard grill.
