Grill arrived fast, however, there was a problem with the ash tray not fitting. I contacted the company and they promptly sent out a replacement tray. It still didn't fit properly as the issue was with a defect in the track that holds the ash tray. They offered me a $25 refund and asked me to "see if you can fix it". Due to the fact that I'm not a welder and don't have iron melting tools, there is nothing I can do to fix it and $25 will not help me. I am now requesting a full refund and I will disassemble the product and return it somehow. This unfortnately has been going on since May 17 now and I'm not sure what else to do. ... show more

The basic picture instructions virtually have no words and the size of these instructions are extremely weak at best. When I had found I had parts left over, I had to disassemble and then reassemble again. Provider could have spent a little more time and at least added a few words to help explain. They wanted $99 dollars to assemble, but for many of us self-sufficient assembly inclined folks would rather do it ourselves, but it appears that if we assemble they include the provided instructions to discourage us. The grill, when finally properly assembled, wobbles terribly, making me feel like it's quality and durability is lacking as well. ... show more

I purchased for my husband for Father’s Day and we love it. It has so much space and is such a great sturdy grill. We keep ours covered on our covered porch so we don’t have any issues with sun damage or anything. So far so good this was a perfect upgrade for my husband.
