I been searching for a rowing machine for some week now to add it to my daily workouts, after reading the reviews I went ahead and order it, assembly was easy the app works and it got plenty of tension to give me a good cardio it does have it's limitations but you cant expect a commercial grade rowing machine for the price, so far it's been my first week using it and im happy.

The media could not be loaded. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I ordered this rowing machine during the prime sale on July 10, 2025 and it arrived on July 11, 2025 so I was definitely excited about that. The instructions to put it together wasn’t the best but I still was able to get the job done by myself within an hour. I feel like it’s great value for the price. Also, it’s easy to move around and relocate to other areas if needed. After putting it together, I got on it for 10 mins while on level 10 resistance and got a complete workout. I got off sweating and definitely felt it in my muscles. My plan is to do at least 20 mins minimum on this machine everyday starting Monday for the next 30 days so I will comeback and update my review but so far I am a happy camper.

The machine was great. Until it wasn't. On January 2nd, 2025. I was using it and the tension belt snapped from the handle. Handle went flying from my hand. No way for me to fix. If you contact them with the info provided in the manual the email will not go through. If you down load the what's app there number is not in it. I have worked with Amazon now for four days trying to contact hart wares and still no luck in contacting them. Instead, Amazon sent an email stating the seller couldn't be contacted. Now. I'm fed up and all I know to do is contact the card I used, stop making the payments and try to get a refund for the payments I'm already out. When , I simply just wanted another one. But, not now!

Overall, the product looks nice and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. However, the resistance is much too light. Even when adjusted to the setting with the most resistance, the pulling resistance is quite light. It is nowhere near 77 pounds as advertised. I don't have a way to measure precisely, but I think the highest resistance is around 15 pounds. I purchased this specifically because the resistance said it could go up to 77 pounds, so I am not happy with this purchase. I contacted support and their only solution is to return it, but it is difficult to return because now it is all assembled... Edit: the seller contacted me and offered a refund, so I am changing my review from one star to give stars.
