We’ve only had this rowing machine for a few days, but so far it’s been working well. My husband’s been using it the most and says it feels sturdy and smooth. Assembly was straightforward. We even managed to fit it out on our patio, which is nice for getting some fresh air while rowing. The 32 levels of magnetic resistance give us a lot of flexibility to adjust the workout intensity, which I really appreciate. The electronic knob is a nice touch and easy to use. It’s also impressively quiet, which is important since we sometimes use it early in the morning without waking anyone up. Overall, it’s a good, solid rower that doesn’t take up too much space and does exactly what we need.

I have more exercise equipment than I'd like to admit, all bought with good intentions but are unused. This rowing machine arrived pretty fast, was simple and straight forward to set up and very beginner friendly. This works your arms and engages your core. There is a knob to adjust the intensity. For someone who doesn't have the best knees it is a really good alternative to high impact machines. It does not take up a ton of space so it's easy to store and bring back out for use. Bonus that it's nice and quiet too.

I spent ten minutes on this contraption before realizing that the foot rests are too far forward. So I went to Harbor Freight and bought a couple rubber wheel chocks to place behind the pedals so I can extend my arms before the “catch”. A better solution is cutting foam anti-skid pads and stacking them ( I needed three on each side with shoes).

The media could not be loaded. I had another rowing machine. This rower is much quieter. And the seat padding is good and the track is noticeably longer than my other rower. It offers a good range of resistance levels, so whether you're a beginner or more advanced, you can get a solid workout. The sliding motion is fluid, and the seat is comfortable even during longer sessions. The built-in digital monitor tracks time, distance, strokes, and calories, which helps keep me motivated. Overall the quality seems good and it's not wobbly in any way. Your posture is lower, and I feel like I'm not pushing on the foot pads as hard as my previous rower, which is what failed on that rower. If you’re looking for a compact, quiet, and effective rower for cardio and full-body training at home, this one is a fantastic choice.
