So far I absolutely love this couch. I just put it together and only sat on it for a half hour, but it’s very comfortable and super soft. Putting it together is pretty simple and straight forward, just takes time. Definitely recommend 2 people. It’s pretty low to the ground so at some point I will be purchasing taller legs, but for now it’s just fine. My only issue with this was the shipping. It took 3 weeks to get the whole sofa when it said 4 days, and part of it was lost. But I would never deduct a star because the ratings are for the product, not FedEx losing sections of my couch. Amazon sent me tracking info but that was just for one piece of the couch. There were 4. So when one showed up it said the couch was “delivered” but I was still waiting on 3 other pieces and had no way of tracking where they were or when I’d receive them. I reached out to the seller and they responded in a timely manner and sent me all the other tracking numbers and informed me a piece was lost and they would be sending me a replacement. I was definitely worried I wouldn’t get all the pieces and would have to return what I had, but I finally received them all. So I did have a good experience with the seller and the customer service as well, thankfully. Overall, I would recommend this sofa if you are looking for something budget friendly that is also good quality, comfortable, and nice looking. I never purchase anything with so little reviews, so this was a huge risk for me, but I’m glad I took it! Very pleasantly surprised and happy with it! ... show more

This sectional is very nice but I modified it by putting ply board cut underneath the cushions to ensure that the seating will be firm and will last a long time by doing this it helps with the cushions from being to soft when you sit on it and it runs the frame if somebody big sits on it I do this with all of my furniture and it seems to make the furniture last longer and also easier to get up I also contacted the company because the two inch legs that they came with was too low to the ground so I also talked to the company and they sent me a 6-in to change out to bring up my furniture and this was a game changer no longer am I crawling out now it sits right and you can vacuum underneath This furniture is quite beautiful it's very soft and I do love the fabric it was a little hard to put together but I have a gang of people at my house so it wasn't too hard with everybody helping out I would recommend this furniture but putting the ply board and getting the 6 in legs made it into more functional and easier to get off and on the sectional and give it a four star and the professional people that I contacted to get my new legs for the sectional or awesome so it was a good experience with the company with my issues with the legs so yeah just be aware of that Happy customer now ... show more

Nice but low to the ground had to order taller legs, and two boxes came one day.. three days later another and three more two more came … it’s nice but have to be patient on the delivery if you contact Amazon the seller will send tracking numbers to you . But mine was stuck for four days before the last two moved . It’s a beautiful sofa we love it after the wait ! Totally surpassed the comfort and look I changed the feet out two a four inch it’s perfect now . ... show more

This sectional is huge and very comfortable the only issue was it was to low had to order 5 inch legs to increase the height which made it easy for me to get off the sofa but all in all love it!!!

Very happy with this sectional! Ordered the Large L (Dark Grey) and used one of the sections as a stand alone armless chair. Measurements are accurate. Very nice quality (sturdy)! Upholstery is super soft. Cushions are soft and full (back height is great). We replaced the 2” legs with 6” plastic legs ordered from Amazon to raise the sectional. Arrived in multiple boxes at different times and seller was very responsive, providing tracking numbers. Easy to assemble. ... show more

I'll start with the bad first. The dimension diagram shows 19" seat height with 35" back.....that is incorrect. It's a 19" seat height with a 32" back height. The main reason we selected this 150" sofa was the ratio of 19" and 35" seemingly allowing for more back support than others. Don't let the '30 day return' full you. They come vacuum sealed and once you open any packaging to break the vacuum seal they will not take them back. Additionally, it's supposed to come in 5 boxes but the 5th still hasn't come. They gave me a tracking number and swear it's been on its way for several days but FedEx shows the label was printed 4.5 days ago but that FedEx does not yet have possession of it. Lastly, while polite customer service is excruciatingly slow, every single back and forth reply takes another day because they are in a opposite time zone from US and reply to messages at 3am my time. So I reply back and it takes an entire day before they reply back. What should take a few hours of back and forth messagin, instead takes days. Lastly, I will most likely have to get Amazon to force them to return it due to the 35" misrepresentation, however, it's going to be a huge problem and hassle. I have no idea how it'll even be possible. They bolt together on the bottom which is going to make it very difficult to be able to move or undo later. Most "modular" designs have more like clips that join them together so they are easy to separate. With 2" legs and being huge and L shaped it's not going to be easy to separate. NOW the good.....fabric and cushions feels nice and comfortable and the build quality is good.... ESPECIALLY for this price point. Everything lines up well, hardware is all here and good quality. The back are more firm that you'd think by looking at the pictures, but they will probably loosen up some. Summary.....the sofa itself is nice, if your good with a 32" back instead of 35". If you have taller people who will be sitting on it they may find the short back hitting mid shoulder to not be comfortable. If they fix the dimensions diagram and get their shipping in order it would be a great product and experience. The issue is more about the company and their misleading add than the product. Unfortunately for me, a 19" seat with 32" back is not what I ordered nor wanted. ... show more
