So far I absolutely love this couch. I just put it together and only sat on it for a half hour, but it’s very comfortable and super soft. Putting it together is pretty simple and straight forward, just takes time. Definitely recommend 2 people. It’s pretty low to the ground so at some point I will be purchasing taller legs, but for now it’s just fine. My only issue with this was the shipping. It took 3 weeks to get the whole sofa when it said 4 days, and part of it was lost. But I would never deduct a star because the ratings are for the product, not FedEx losing sections of my couch. Amazon sent me tracking info but that was just for one piece of the couch. There were 4. So when one showed up it said the couch was “delivered” but I was still waiting on 3 other pieces and had no way of tracking where they were or when I’d receive them. I reached out to the seller and they responded in a timely manner and sent me all the other tracking numbers and informed me a piece was lost and they would be sending me a replacement. I was definitely worried I wouldn’t get all the pieces and would have to return what I had, but I finally received them all. So I did have a good experience with the seller and the customer service as well, thankfully. Overall, I would recommend this sofa if you are looking for something budget friendly that is also good quality, comfortable, and nice looking. I’ve take a star off for a couple reasons. This ships in 4 boxes. For some reason they shipped the main part of the couch with FedEx and the other part with Amazon. So, it came at separate times and it just doesn’t seem logical to not ship it together. Then you’re stuck with parts of the couch and you only get one tracking number. The couch sits very low. I measured my old couch to compare with this one and the height seemed to match but this couch just has the smallest legs and it is low to the ground. I reached out to customer support to see if they offered longer legs but was told they don’t. I purchased 6 inches legs and it’s a game changer. They really need to change their couch legs out. If you read other reviews many say the same thing, clearly the legs are too short. It did take a few days for the couch to fully expand but it’s very comfortable. It feels pretty solid and it does look very nice. It was easy to put together. It does have a lower back but most modern couches seem to have the same thing. Overall, for the price it’s a great deal. To the manufacturers: just switch out the legs instead of forcing people to spend an additional amount to replace them! ... show more

Ok so I will admit I bought this for a kids hangout room and did not expect much. This thing is Sooo roomy and very comfy with a few extra pillows. It is low to the ground - which works great for us but you could always add taller legs. The back is a little lower than our other couch but this couch is made for lounging so its really not an issue. I included a few pictures in different lighting to show the color but is it a really pretty blue. The fabric is soft and the seats are deep - great for the kids and even big enough for adults to lay on. My pre teen has slept on it several times. I am curious how long it will hold up. It's covered by my asurion protection if something does happen so that was another bonus! Assembly took a little time but not complicated at all. Shipping was fast but did come in several boxes on a couple different days. But that was actually nice as we were able to put part together one day then the rest when it came in and it was not overwhelming. It was perfect for this space! Not as described. This would be a good couch for a kids playroom . Extremely low to the ground. The measurments provided included the cushion but they sink so low if you are normal adult you are sitting on the ground. One box came from Amazon the rest from fedex over the course of several days. We requested a refund once the second box arrived and we put it together( within 24 hours of recieving). It has been so far a nightmare to get it returned. 2 packages were rejected delivery and went back to FedEx. The other 3 which now is 4 because one is opened, they have only provided 1 shipping label which UPS will not take one tracking for 4 boxes. This is now the 3 request for labels. I am 8 months pregnant and cannot lift the 70+ boxes or even help my husband lift them . I just want to return this , free returns within 30 days. My biggest issue is the return process after opening only one box. This is still not resolved after 15 days of ordering. They will not issue a refund until all packages are recieved and inspected. Sits low, I bought new feet for it to make it higher. It's not very comfortable, I can feel the springs on my ass when I sit. I'm 210lbs. I got the biggest option, it is big and looks decent. The fabric is nice and soft. Really hoping it breaks in some and the hard spring to the ass goes away.

Very happy with this sectional! Ordered the Large L (Dark Grey) and used one of the sections as a stand alone armless chair. Measurements are accurate. Very nice quality (sturdy)! Upholstery is super soft. Cushions are soft and full (back height is great). We replaced the 2” legs with 6” plastic legs ordered from Amazon to raise the sectional. Arrived in multiple boxes at different times and seller was very responsive, providing tracking numbers. Easy to assemble. ... show more
