Two of the bolt holes were loose and was unable to secure a bolt to it because the whole thing spun on the left side rail. I did a return to the seller and they made me pay for the shipping back to them. I get a faulty product and they make me pay for the return. Not impressed with them.

    • STURDY STEPS BUT VAGUE INSTRUCTIONS LED TO AN UNLEVEL INSTALLATION

These SOENBOO running boards look fantastic once mounted and the dual-stair design feels incredibly solid and secure underfoot. The black powder-coated finish gives the Ford Ranger a rugged look and provides excellent traction in all weather conditions. However, I am giving this set four stars because the included installation instructions were completely silent on a critical adjustment step. The manual did not mention that you have to manually level the boards during the bolt-on process. Because I did not know this beforehand and the instructions failed to explain it, one side of my truck ended up sitting noticeably lower than the other instead of being perfectly level. The side steps themselves are high quality and durable, but the company definitely needs to update the manual so buyers can avoid an unlevel finish. ... show more
