It sits super low to the floor, but I got some risers and now it is perfect. It is very comfortable for sitting. It is a futon and I did test it out and as far as sleeping goes, it requires added topper in order to be comfortable enought to sleep on. Other than that, I love it. Honestly is exactly what you are paying for, it’s comfortable leather and is nice and easy to clean. It’s easily adjusted and light weight. Downsides, it’s hard as hell, the hard structure starts to hurt your butt or back when you sit there for too long and it’s smaller than expected.

This thing is tiny!! It’s not even long enough for my kid to lay on, his feet hang off and he’s not that tall. It’s not at all like what you assume it will be from the way that it’s pictured and you have to pay A LOT to return it. It’s not as big or nice as it looks and it seems way over priced even if it was comfortable. Do not waste your money, it’s not worth a quarter of what it cost. I am shocked anyone truly likes this thing, especially for the price of it. We have no use for it and I will not be paying them even more money to return it. I feel they dupe their buyers. This is absolutely the worst purchase I have ever made from Amazon. So disgusted with this whole thing, they shouldn’t offer these on here. When I say it was terrible to put together, I can’t stress that enough. You have to stick tools and your hand in a dark tiny crack, and it’s good they give you extra parts because you will likely drop a few in there when you try to assemble it which you cant get out unless you were to cut the back of it open. Then when it’s laid out flat it’s hard as a rock, way too small, and the part with the cup holders flips over as part of the bed you lay on and it sticks up higher than the rest of the bed and it’s a very hard ridge all the way around it and impossible to lay on. You do phave to flip it down or it’s a big hole without it. When I call this junk i am actually being kind. It doesn’t even earn the single star I had to give it to be able to rate it. Its too hard to even sit on, never mind to try to lay or sleep on. Sucks when you can’t return something that is so badly advertised and not usable at all, if you don’t like it you are stuck with it unless you want to pay a ton to ship it back. I’d be embarrassed to try to sell this to someone to get rid of it, and I’m not sure if anyone would even want it for free. Wouldn’t be worth the gas it would cost them to come get the thing. I saw someone else say they didn’t get the cup holder and arm rests, those are there they just put them in the bottom on the underside of the bed hidden in a zipper pocket which they should tell you, I started to write them a message to complain about that too then I found them in there. Not that it helps, it’s still junk! Please don’t bother with this, please find yourself something else on here or anywhere else, I assure you I wouldn’t have paid 20 bucks for this. And I wouldn’t give this to my dog to sleep on, she would laugh at me and be better off sleeping on the floor. Terrible couch/bed, terrible price, bad customer service to not take something back for free if your customers hate it. This seems like it’s not made for actually using it, it reminds me of a fake display not meant for actually sleeping or sitting on like being comfortable doesn’t matter at all. ... show more

If 5 is the absolute best and 1 is the absolute worst then I give this couch a 3.5. It serves its purpose. I didn't expect it to be super plush and comfy to begin with and it isn't. It's firm but not uncomfortable, and it's padded enough that you can't feel any of the hardware through the seat or the back. I took a nap on it a couple of days ago and my back and neck felt fine when I got up. A couple of things that I love about this couch: 1) It's small and minimalistic, fits perfectly in my studio apartment (which is apprx. the size of small 2-car garage) and looks good without overwhelming the space. 2) It was incredibly easy to assemble (this is coming from someone who can't understand basic assembly instructions to save their life) and only took me 20 mins. to put together. One thing I didn't like about this couch: one of the holes that a screw was supposed to go into (for one of the legs that only has 2 screw holes) was stripped, so now there's one leg that's attached with only 1 screw. That reminded me that this couch is cheap. But overall, I'm satisfied. ... show more

This couch is definitely worth it! The couch is smooth, firm, and comfortable to both sit and lounge on. The foam is thick and the tufted design element is a nice touch, adding to the overall aesthetic of the couch. It is also very sturdy and I don’t feel any wobble in it at all. It is definitely a good value for the money and we are so happy with this purchase. I got this for my son because he really liked the fold up cup holder feature. I was very apprehensive to get this, but once I put it together, all was left was pure delight. My son really liked having this couch in his space (he is 5’9 and 170 pounds). It was pretty straight forward to put together. It also comes with all the hardware to put together. I used an electric drill for some sections, but not mandatory. There are a couple of things I want to share that may save you some issues. The first is that there are parts inside a zipper compartment underneath the couch (the pillows and the cupholder). The second and the most important thing I can offer, is that to screw in the fold up cup area, lift the velcro off the back of the the cup holder to reveal, the right way to screw it in from there to the section of the couch that it connects to. This was huge for me. Like most things, it is easy once you know. Finally the tilted legs go on the front. I have seen some people putting them in the back. With all these little cheat sheet bits of information, you will be sitting on this couch in under 40 min or less. I manage to do the whole thing by myself (aside from carrying it). It is a very good value for the money and I recommend it 100%. With thousands of satisfied customers purchasing this couch, I decided to take the plunge and now I am one of the many satisfied customers. Get it! ... show more

Had this futon for awhile holds up well Used also for company to sleep on not as comfy as a regular couch a bit firm but soft faux leather material sits a little low to the floor but does the job for temporary comfort looks nice cup holders comes in handy as well and easy assembly doesn't take up too much space in living room easy fold up and down need help to bring box in its too heavy to carry yourself after that its a breeze holds up great for the price ... show more
