I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review, so far this couch has been an excellent buy. I spent a few weeks researching pricing and couch types before picking this one though I was not a fan of the color it had every other feature and one of the best prices for a full sized sectional recliner. -Was pleasantly surprised by color when it arrived, it is darker than the pictures and looks much better in my opinion. -It is a sturdy couch, I am a large man (6'4 290lbs) so am constantly wary of furniture that looks or feels like it is made from an unsolid design. I am happy to say this furniture feels excellent, no creaks or wobbling. The recliners have been holding up nicely with no noticeable sag or wear (it has been about 2 months will update if this changes). They almost fully recline and are comfortable, maybe a bit firm for some people but I think theyre great. The material looks fairly easy to clean as well. -Description says curbside delivery, when I received the call the guy was really adamant about it too despite my assurances I have a huge driveway (can fit like 6 cars) on a busy road. When the truck arrived the guy backed into it anyway and was really nice about dropping everything off but be warned if you don't have help they will not take it inside and will probably just unload it by the street. -Putting it together was a bit of a workout, but it didn't take my wife and I long to figure out what went where. The center piece was the biggest challenge as you cannot really see how the hooks line up to connect the sections and have to kind of feel it out. After a few unsuccessful tries I remembered past couches where legs were stored in the underside and sure enough they were in this couch too, so if you're having trouble connecting the center part check beneath the couch for a pouch that is holding the legs. Overall very satisfied with this couch, my experience has been positive and there are no negatives I can think of. ... show more

Very nice product for the money. I was hesitant based on some of the reviews I read, but here is how my purchase went. I ordered on Feb 5th and it was delivered to my home on Feb. 13th. Delivery company was Etsy. Product arrived, I examined my boxes (there was 3 large boxes for this sectional) as there was damage on all 3. The delivery driver was exceptionally courteous and together we looked everything over. There was holes in the boxes and I did make them bigger to see if there was any damage to the product. I really looked it over but could see no damage nor could the driver (Driver did take pictures though), so I did accept the delivery and I did not fully open the boxes. The delivery driver backed into my driveway ,unloaded my 2 pallets and he even wheeled them into my garage. That was much more than I expected and Kudos to Etsy!!! I opened my boxes, brought everything inside, put it all together (NOTHING was DAMAGED) and all looks great, fully functional. I had to redo a couple of console back rests as I missed one of the 2 sliding bars and it misaligned the fit. Those 2 console backrests then aligned perfectly. Seats are just al little firm, but they are comfortable and a little firm is better than a little to soft as far as I am concerned. That is why it is a 4 Star. This item would cost 500.00 more at a minimum at a store and I got a microfiber material which is superior to the others. A Faux leather is out of the question as it peels and this is what I replaced my PEELING Faux leather with. The color is what you see on the 1st image. The other images appear darker than the 1st image, so what you see in the 1st image is what you will most likely get. VERY happy so far. ... show more

    • 10 months and one recliner no longer works
I got this sectional back in March 2022 and about 6 weeks ago one of the recliners stopped working. It was starting to get stuck a several months ago but I didn’t think too much of it. I also wanted to highlight they were rarely used. It’s 2 adults living in my home. No kids. Not that kids are bad. I love them. I have a grown child myself and lots of nieces and nephews. Just highlighting that with minimum use I already need to replace them. Definitely not worth the money given we just got them, rarely sit in our living room, and already need to get new ones. ... show more

The couch is FIRM CUSHIONED. But I like it like that it’s good on my back! The material is beautiful, Latte colored, and overall a very good price for the quality. I went to Ashley furniture to see if I could find one there first anddd they were like over 5,000 for every one with the same qualities as this one. So half the price and all of the quality!! Shipping came earlier than expected and the guy was very nice who delivered. 3 boxes arrives all VERY BIG. We have our couch against the wall but the backs of the chairs still seem strong even if they weren’t against the wall. Get the couch, but remember; this is a firm couch so if you’re into the foamy, plush couches I wouldn’t get this one. For me, it works great and it’s pretty.😁 ... show more

Pros: very easy to assemble, looks nice, lightweight, and a great color. Cons: delivery was a hassle, was delivered to the wrong house and way later than expected. Almost requested a refund out of frustration. Overall we are satisfied with it and it was half the cost as in store. The recliners, cup holders, and storage units were cool. We were looking for a new sofa set and my husband found this one. I had never purchased a big item like this on Amazon so I was skeptical but went with it. I am not disappointed. The couch is firm and sturdy. I love the recliners on both ends. The storage helps to remove clutter. A great place to store those remote controls. The cup holders hold standard sized cup or glasses.
