**UPDATE** 11/8/2025** I’ve had this couch for over a year now & it is still holding up the same as I set it up. I LOVE THIS COUCH! Let me say, I rarely write reviews. But, this deserved a quality review so others have a little insight. I’ve had this couch for about two months now. I have spent countless hours looking at this couch & the similar ones listed here on Amazon. I read all the reviews on each, looked at photos, etc & decided on this one. Having young ones I really didn’t want a boxy, heavy, hard couch that they’d eventually hurt themselves on. The shipping was delayed twice due to no fault of the seller. The seller was very quick to respond to my concerns & kept me updated. I’m glad I took the chance & bought this couch. Two packages. I let it expand two days, no sitting, then minimal for the next week. I will say I was a little worried at first, but it expanded beautifully. In some areas the fabric wasn’t fully taunt but, is to be expected on an expanding couch & have seemed to “unwrinkle” with use. I have some upholstery knowledge (marine upholstery & covers) and figured this would be the case. I’m on the smaller side and the couch doesn’t sink at all. (5’2, 130lbs.) Husband 6’2, 300lbs & he has minimal sinkage and says it feels extremely firm & comfortable. Being that he is taller, the height is not an issue for him whatsoever. Thickness is great. He told me not to buy this couch that it would be rubbish— now I can’t get him off! Sleeping on this couch is also no issue. It is extremely comfortable. You really can’t beat the price & quality of this extremely convenient, easy set up.

Brief Context: After scouring amazon for the best boneless couch to suit my new apartment, I selected this model because it had: -highest seat height from the ground and the longest seat depth than other models -bigger (wider & taller) back pillows for support. ARRIVAL: The package said arrived with no boxes to be found. After reading many reviews I knew that they'd likely come on different days with a single tracking number so I waited a day and behold- they arrived. The boxes were cumbersome to say the least. Very heavy and just absolutely solid. If it wasn't for my leasing office helping me load it onto a spare utility cart (two men to lift) I would have never been able to move them into my apartment! UNBOXING: They're tightly rolled in industrial saran wrap. Simply break the sticker at the edge and pull to unroll. Once they are unrolled you'll hear air seeping into the package as they start to expand, you'll still need to cut the actual airtight packaging and they'll rapidly puff up! GETTING IT TO FLUFF: Now, the package says to "gently tap" the couch to get it to expand and in my experience, that's incorrect. I wouldn't necessarily take a bat to this is thing but *It is absolutely essential to BREAK the material in for it to expand*, I cannot stress this enough. For instance- the little side pillow in the picture felt like an actual rock- I knew there was no way it would just magically expand on its own so over the course of the night I gave the couch and all the pillows a rather intense shiatsu massage lol. Like very roughly folded, crumpled, jumped, kicked, beat, sat, walked-on and worked the material and within hours the pillows and couch "softened" and fluffed. I also rotated the couch per the instructions and laid it on its side, front and back to work the material and corners on all sides. FINAL VERDICT: I love it. Yes, it is FIRM. But firm like a firm memory foam mattress, not firm like an under-padded chair. There are springs on the bottom which contributes to a genuinely bouncy effect. The side and back pillows are puffed but firm as well but these are for support- not cuddling so I believe one should add soft throw pillows/blankets if needed. PERSONAL TIDBIT: I think this color green coupled with the textured material looks more elevated than the shiny, fluffy corduroy styles that are dominating the market. I have 2 cats and to my horror one immediately jumped on the couch and did the nail sharpening thing on it but the material never caught on her nails. And because its not that shiny polyester static nightmare, cat hair is not clinging to the sofa! I plan on taking my steamer to the wrinkles now that its officially done expanding but tbh I don't even notice them!

I love it!! Very comfortable! It arrived in 2 boxes, which is super convenient, especially since I just moved, so I loved how no-fuss it was, as all you do is let it sit when you take it out of the plastic. Both my much taller boyfriend and I love how we can comfortably rest our arms on the back of the couch, so if you want a higher back, this probably isn't for you. I also love the wider armrests, making it easy to rest a tray or laptop without having to balance. Great value, and it looks and feels soft!

I'D LOVE TO GIVE THIS PRODUCT 5 STARS BUT WE GOT A DEFECTIVE CHAISE LOUNGER. I will update the review after giving the seller the chance to remedy the problem. Shipping: The couch comes in 2 boxes and both arrived on time and together (a relief because I only had one tracking number provided). Just like the videos in the product ad, it's as simple as opening the boxes, removing plastic, and POOF-A couch appears, like magic. No muss, no fuss, no assembly required. Fabric & Color: We ordered the tan faux leather. This fabric choice increased the price but my son has ASD, non-verbal and serious sensory processing issues. He tends to like dumping liquids (water, soda, etc.) on anything that is fabric. Hence, I worried about the corduroy option getting soaked through to the foam. Let me say, this vinyl is unlike any I've seen, previously. It's more suede-like and appears durable, yet soft and supple. Unlike other vinyl covered furniture, this is not something you will stick to. I searched amazon, diligently, and Ovis was the only manufacturer that carried a vinyl fabric option for boneless furniture. Unboxing & product Structure: We opened the chaise lounge, first. Notably, the pillow did not seem to have sufficient foam inside the zipper cover. Yes, you can unzip the entire couch cover, allowing you the option of washing it. This would be great for those choosing the fabric version of this product. Unfortunately, as the chaise 'inflated' it seems like there is not enough foam inside the entire piece for it to take the proper shape. We didn't have this issue with the couch or its pillows. The couch shaped up nicely and all the wrinkles in the material virtually disappeared within a few hours of unboxing and unwrapping. The chaise and its pillow still have wrinkled vinyl covering and the chaise and pillow has areas where the foam inside is clearly defective/missing. Things I love about this furniture: 1. Each section is one solid piece. 2. The covering encases the entire foam structure, leaving no place for lost remotes, toys, crumbs, or change. No worries that this couch will 'eat' your belongings; leaving you hopelessly searching for your lost tv remote. 3.The Livingroom set is extremely easy to move. No need to fear scuffed walls or floors in future rearranging attempts. 4.The covering is thick and seems durable. I have no concerns that it will get ripped or torn when my son jumps, bounces, or throws his 6'2 frame on top of it. 5. The design of the furniture is PERFECT for a child with special needs and sensory issues. Because he loves to jump. bounce, and rock couches with steel or wood frames are no match for him. He breaks the internal components, in short order. Further, he HATES furniture with attached pillows. These he pulls on until they tear away from the sofa back. I can't tell you how many couches have met the landfill from the unlikely abuse my kid subjects them to. This set is quite similar to institutional grade furniture. Stuff that is designed to take a licking and keep on ticking, so to speak. I've searched and searched trying to find a reasonably priced furniture option that mimics what we see in his therapists' office and met with no success, until now. 6. This furniture has an appealing, modern aesthetic, square design that is recommended for children struggling with environmental over stimulation. Honestly, an autism parent couldn't have designed this residential furniture option any more successfully. 7. Cost-effective, stylishly designed convenience! Where else can you buy a Livingroom set, fully assembled, and delivered for under $1000? Things that make me go....HMMMMMM: 1. The overall height of the couch is quite low. Anyone with back/mobility issues might struggle to stand up after sitting down. I figured a simple solution would be to construct a platform using lumber to give it the extra 'lift' it needs. 2. This review is a 'to be continued' and subject to change, based on seller's response to the defective chaise lounge. Keeping my fingers crossed that receiving a replacement piece will be as easy as the initial order and package delivery. Things to keep in mind 1. This set is much bigger than I thought. I suggest measuring the area where you plan to set it up. 2. The chaise is not 'versatile.' Make sure you order the correct L/R version to fit your space. You can't switch it from the left to the right side of the couch piece or vice versa. If that's what you're looking for, I'd suggest ordering the option with an ottoman versus the option with the chaise. If the ottoman version came in vinyl covered, that's what I would have done. UPDATE: The seller was responsive. The chaise seemed to shape up and not required replacing. The chaise pillow was under filled. The company sent a new one but it was worse than the original. We decided to stuff both pillows in one cover. No biggie but the chaise pillow does have significantly more stuffing than the 2 couch pillows. Oh well. Overall, I'm pleased with this couch and its durability. If my kid can't break it? I'm a happy momma! My son loves being able to bounce, rock, and toss himself on this furniture. He will actually lay and watch TV for extended time. Something he rarely did before this purchase. I would absolutely recommend this furniture! Don't second guess or hesitate! It's worth every penny. UPDATE 2: it's been 2 months. This furniture is still in the condition we got upon delivery! Anybody with a teenaged autistic boy can attest that this is nothing short of MIRACULOUS! If I had the chance, I'd hug the genius that envisioned, designed, and created this couch. Whoever he is, i wish I could thank him for FINALLY creating decent, attractive, reasonably priced, durable furniture that meets the unique needs of my son. Even if it wasn't his intent. He has me eternal gratitude for the potentially unintended outcome. If he meant to make this furniture for families like mine? Even better! For anybody contending with similar concerns, trust me, buying this couch will be a decision you don't regret! My son hasn't damaged this furniture at at all! Saying I'm grateful is An understatement!

Good support, looks great, easy to put together, and good enough quality! Had it for just about a year at the time of writing this, and I am still super happy! The only critique is that it's low to the ground. This is fine w me even though im 5'10ish but some might hate it. I think this is best up against a wall bc the back pillows sorta suck so I put them on the back of the couch up against the wall and its really nice. I am plus-size and my partner is not a little person and we have found it to be sturdy and comfy for a year of daily use. Oh also vacuums up easy as a cat owner. We paid just about $520 when it was on sale and I wouldnt spend more than $650 but I am also a person who would keel over before spending more than $1k on a couch.

Warning warning, do not buy this sofa! I have tried to contact Amazon and the seller Ovois with no help whatsoever from either company. I have been breaking out with hives from the material and you might as well sit on concrete the furniture is so hard, no exaggeration. It’s horrible to sit on this junk couch. The website is extremely deceitful. I have called the company several times & after listening to their music approximately 20 seconds, the phone disconnects. The phone actually rings a few times then the music starts. Amazon will not cooperate with me either. Tried to find a phone number to call customer service @ Amazon. I’m telling anyone with children do not purchase this furniture! Does anyone in your household have allergies? When sitting on this, it actually cuts the circulation off in your legs. Do you have issues with a sciatic nerve? Stay away from this couch! Forget it stay stay away from this manufacturer Ovios and there furniture. Please do yourself a service and do not buy this piece of junk. It is unsafe! The material is unsafe, the way it is shipped is unsafe! The way it has to be opened is extremely dangerous. And I’m serious when I tell you this information. I have been breaking out with hives only since this was delivered to our home and opened up. It comes in two boxes you open the boxes you open the plastic after reading the large orange warning sign taped to the plastic. It’s because the contents packed under high pressure from the manufacturer, it’s shipped it literally can explode when you are opening the plastic wrapping. The material is not what they say it is. The foam rubber is like concrete. Not joking! Amazon‘s return policy we have to return it to the seller before we get a refund! And would be issued a refund within 2 to 3 days once the company receives the pieces back. Let me remind you, I just told you it came under complete machine pressure. I don’t know about you but we don’t have a high pressure system in our garage capable to compress a piece of junk 104 inches long down to fit into two boxes And then pay to have it shipped back. I can say this we spend thousands every year at Amazon and if Amazon doesn’t read this review and fix the problem the way we need it to be fixed, complete total refund. I will never ever purchase another thing from Amazon or Amazon fresh stores. My son wanted a couch for his bedroom. I had heard about these, but I was reluctant. Boy was I nervous about nothing. High quality build, simple set up, easy to move around, and now I don’t have to worry about a rambunctious ten year old jumping on and breaking a couch. The fabric is very soft. The foam is perfect. I am 320 pounds and it holds me easily and comfortably. I even stood on in to hang some items on his walls and it held be without issue. Now, this part doesn’t bother me, but you should know that it does not have a high back. The cushions provided help with that, but they do not fully mimic high backs.
