I don't normally do reviews but I had to do one for this product. We purchased this fryer near the end of Aug 2023. This deep fryer got a lot of use because of the convenience of the double fryer feature. Easy to use, easy to change out oil because of outlets in front and moderately difficult to clean after use. Probably because we use it so much. Went to use it 2 days before Christmas and one side would trip breaker. Note* with this unit you must have 2 separate 20 amp circuits in order to use both fryers. After troubleshooting, got in touch with the company and this is the reason for this review. I have never dealt with a company that responded so quickly to the issue as this company. I emailed them on Christmas eve and they emailed that night. Emailed my reply and they responded on Christmas day. Emailed reply and they said if I wanted refund or replacement, I chose replacement. My wife loves this unit as it cuts frying time in half because of the double fryer feature. They responded and said my new unit would be shipped ASAP! That was Thursday. I just received my new unit Sunday December 30th 2023! There customer service is impeccable and I had to give them the recognition they deserve!!

Unit stopped working 14 months after heavy use of about 3 times a week, connected customer support inquiring about a part to repair it, they sent a whole new replacement fryer which was delivered 2 days later. I would definitely do busy with seller again.

Good fryer. Keeps temperature really well. Instructions were poorly translated. Fry basket is a little annoying as the handle is difficult to attach and keeps popping free but not in a dangerous way. We secured it with additional wire and it is fine. Fries chicken quick too!!

I guess you could say I'm a home chef. My wife and I like to make football food on Sunday and that means chicken wings. My last fryer couldn't really keep up. Each time i dropped a batch, it would take forever to get back to temp. This model doesn't do that, it recovers much quicker. For down sides is the top doesn't fit all the way around the fryer. There is a large gap at the end where the basket comes through so you can't really seal your oil till next time. It also tends to drip along the top edge of the fryer while cooking and the condensation drips back in the hot oil and will sometimes bubbles up the oil. It's a Good Buy for the price, love the drain valve that makes it easy to drain oil for changing and cleaning fryer oil . Buy it, you will like it..
