The non stick coat is so slick that it has been imposible to make the pans wet, not even water sticks to the surface. This set of pans was purchased so I could see if I liked them well enough to purchase a complete set. They are a nice weight and the heat is distributed evenly and they hold the heat well. Will be adding more pans soon.--Loved the pans at first. However, after a few weeks of using per directions food began sticking to the pans. They are not non stick at all anymore.
