It fits via handles on the Apache 9800 via handles on both ends of the case on my victory evolution roof rack. For that I am giving it 5 stars. Make sure you find spacers to level these handles when you mount them on your crossbars.

Great concept, however the bracket is about 1/2 inch to wide for the bracket to sit flush on the handle. This was on a V700 vault case.

    • Easy Mounting Solution for Pelican Case
I had to make some slight modifications with a bit of rubber cut to fit so that they fit flush but still well worth it in my opinion. With that being said this might take a bit of ingenuity to get your case installed securely but the product is well priced and well built outside of the height discrepancy. For the low price I'm willing to do a little bit of work to make it fit. You could also spend about triple to get brackets that are perfect right out the box.
