This is a small portable handy Great Thermal Printer. To one of the reviewers who commented that you cannot print. I said the same thing. It would not print on regular copy or printing paper. We figured it out. It prints on Thermal Paper. The paper that came with it. Put that thermal paper in and print. We are ordering more of this paper from Amazon. Hope this Helped!!! ... show more

Used this a couple times when needing to print and not home. Make sure the special paper (has the writing that says back) is faced toward you when putting into the printer. I had to trouble shoot that. So if it doesn’t print once paper is pulled though ..turn it the other way and try.

It's Supposed to be a plug-in play but it's more like a plug and troubleshoot Which BS. I spent a good hour trying to print via iPhone and my laptop and guess what nothing happened and this is why I'm returning it because I'm not gonna spend another hour trying to figure it out
