Bought this a few weeks ago and now it’s not printing anything. It still turns on and moves the paper through but nothing is printing onto the paper. It says it’s a thermal printer and doesn’t need ink but this product acts like it does need ink! Don’t waste your money if you have a business and customers, because you will end up losing more money and wasting others time as well if you can’t ship your products out.

This little printer is amazing! I just sell things on Mercari and Poshmark, but you’d be surprised how often I use it and how easy it is to use for the price. The quality is also really great. This is hands down one of the best “small business” purchases I’ve made so far! I use it for returns and printing stickers with my business logo to attach to packages. I’ve never had connectivity problems which seems amazing considering how many issues I have with my $650+ Epson scanner connecting to my phone! I’m moderately tech savvy, but this is easy to use and seems to be compatible with whatever kind/shape of thermal labels I purchase. The quality of the prints has been excellent as well. I have been using this for several weeks now—daily—and have yet to experience a jam. I did purchase an attachment on Amazon to hold the labels in place which certainly makes it easier, but definitely not necessary. All in all, worth every penny from my perspective, labels come out quickly and professional looking, no more waiting on my printer and wasting ink (that costs more than this entire machine!) Then cutting and taping the label to the box. If you’re on the fence and even if you don’t print labels that often, this thing is worth it for the convenience it provides!! (And no, this wasn’t a paid or review for a free item, I’m just crazy impressed with this little printer and how easy it is to use, how well it works, and how much time it’s saved me!!

I don’t normally leave a review but this thing has been awesome! I’ve been selling a lot of my extra hardware on eBay I have and was having to take a screenshot of the QR code so I could print it out at the post office. Well, if you have a few packages, it’s a bit of a pain because you have to write on each one who it’s for then at the machine wait for each one to print out. Yadda yadda. It just got to be a bit of a headache and time consuming. Yeah, I could have printed them out but that’s ink and paper and tape. Then I ordered this. It wasn’t a purchase I had planned to make but a spur of the moment one evening after getting back home from taking 9 packages to the post office. I figured it would be nice to have. And it is very nice. I can print out a label as soon as I have the package ready. No more writing names then waiting a minute between each label at the post office. This thing spits a label out in I’m gonna say a second. I bought a box of 500 4X6 adhesive labels for $10. No ink, no smears, no paper, no tape. Print it, peel it, stick it. 5 seconds and your label is on the box. The app is a little different, but after you play with it some, you figure out how to scale your size so you can print smaller on larger label. Perfect for when a full scale 4X6 labels will fold over a side, or sides you can fold it but the entire printed part is on one surface. Definitely recommend to anyone printing out several labels a week.
