Jay Fray delivering the blunt truth about this Rongta Bluetooth shipping label printer that completely failed to provide reliable printing requiring product return! Purchased this Rongta Bluetooth shipping label printer expecting dependable label printing for shipping Card Burrow baseball card sales through eBay and managing construction project documentation. The printer proved so overrated and dysfunctional I had to send it back. Print quality and reliability fell far short of expectations with the printer either failing to connect via Bluetooth consistently, producing terrible print quality, or simply not working as advertised making label printing impossible. Bluetooth connectivity proved absolutely terrible with constant connection dropouts, pairing failures, or inability to communicate with devices despite following setup instructions. Wireless printers must maintain stable connections - this one couldn’t. Print output quality disappointed significantly with smeared labels, faded text, misaligned printing, or inconsistent darkness making shipping labels unprofessional or unreadable for carrier scanning. Setup complexity exceeded reasonable expectations with confusing instructions, incompatible software, or technical requirements not clearly disclosed making the printer frustratingly difficult to get operational. The overrated designation reflects marketing claims that vastly exceeded actual performance, creating false expectations about printer capability and reliability that real-world use completely contradicted. Label compatibility or paper feed mechanisms proved problematic with jamming, misfeeding, or inability to handle standard shipping label formats properly despite compatibility claims. The printer failure forced product return causing shipping delays and hassles while attempting to fulfill card orders requiring professional labeling. This was a life saver. I was in need of a label maker because my old one gave out. This product came the same day within hours of me ordering. They said delivery between 5p-9p. It was on my door step on time. Which allowed me to get my items out the very next morning. I love the thermal, this saves me on ink. It is alot more economical now days to buy thermal paper, than it is to buy ink. It is also great for our precious environment. The blue took function is awesome. I don’t have to move from my chair to print. I just go on my phone and print my labels which is very convenient. It is small enough to fit in small places and not look out of place in my office. This light weight machine is able to print up to size 4x6. I am happy 😃 to have made this choice and I don’t feel bad for getting rid of my old machine. I am not tech savvy at all and was able to set it up without any issues (I usually have to ask my kids for their assistance when it comes to setting up technical items) This was a very smart investment at a very affordable low cost. So far so good, no jamming, slipping labels and it is vey quite.

I only gave 4 stars because there was only enough tape for like 10 purchases. If you do buy this, which you should because it’s a great little printer for a side hustle , make sure you buy more paper with it. Print quality is great! It’s compact and stays hidden under his desk. Sounds like more of a scanner than a printer !

I’m not sure why there’s bad reviews on this product, but it is perfect. It is more than perfect. It comes with extra labels. It has extra cords and a extra hook up if needed and instructions that are clear and straight to the point and printing is a breeze.
