The item came damaged and not printing at all. No sign of power and I would say it came defective. I would not recommend this label printer even though it would be great if it worked for me since I needed it so bad. It's not worth the money if it's of no use if beoken.No replacement was offered.

I’m very satisfied with this Rongta Bluetooth shipping label printer. When I first got it, there was a glitch where it would sometimes print across my labels incorrectly. I reached out to customer support and they helped me quickly. Updating the printer’s software resolved the issue and their response was fast and professional. The printer itself works really well. It prints extremely fast which makes processing multiple labels much easier. I also like that it makes a subtle audible noise when printing. It is actually helpful if you are busy or have a visual impairment because it signals when a labels are out. It comes with a few labels to test out right away which is nice. The app is straightforward and easy to use, but the one downside is that it requires location access to function. I find that intrusive but it does not ruin the experience. Overall, this printer is reliable, fast, and comes with excellent customer support. I am happy with my purchase.
