The media could not be loaded. The printer comes with 8 to10 4x6” labels, a USB to C-type port, and a USB cable. The print quality is crisp and professional. The app for the printer is fairly easy to install on a smartphone. It’s getting the printer to communicate with my phone that had a slight glitch, but I figured it out without too much effort. The printer comes with directions for installing and working the printer from both MacOS and Windows but I didn’t see directions for smartphones and tablets, most likely because there are QR codes all over the paperwork. Just turn your camera on and point it at the code, click the link that pops up and download the app. Be sure to turn your Bluetooth on first, open the app, and then turn on the printer. I uploaded a video of the process and printed a label. I had a difficult time learning to print in landscape with this app, so I ended up with a few botched attempts. My advice for printing in landscape on a smartphone with this app is to turn your phone in landscape (physically, not the screen setting) and work with the orientation that way, Then you can see whether or not your label is in the right orientation and then click the 90 degree arrow for all your images and fonts. There’s plenty of templets, borders, and images to personalize your design. I got frustrated with the orientation until I figured it out, but overall it’s a fun way to print labels without being at the desk. I also like that there's no ink to replace! Rating: I give the printer a full 5 stars because it works beautifully, physical setup is easy. But the app loses a star for being a pain in the whole afternoon if you're stubborn enough to figure out how to print in landscape. 4.5 stars out of 5 for this Rongta Thermal printer.

This Bluetooth thermal printer works seamlessly with the mobile app. The app makes it easy to customize labels exactly how you want. The included labels are the largest size the printer supports (4×6), but it can also print labels as small as 1.5" wide. Using the included labels, it prints a full-size label in just a couple of seconds, surprisingly fast, with excellent print quality. I also tested 40×30 mm labels from another manufacturer, and they printed just as well. I personally find the smaller labels more useful around the house, while the larger ones are better suited for shipping or product information. The printer itself is very compact and has a solid, weighty feel. Overall build quality seems good, but I did run into an issue after about a week of casual use: the power switch stopped working and is now stuck in the ON position. I can unplug the unit when it’s not in use, but it was still disappointing to see the switch fail. I haven’t tried setting the printer up on a PC yet, which would offer more flexibility and business-focused features, so I can’t comment on that aspect at this time. Overall, despite the issue with the power switch, I’m still happy with the printer’s performance and how easy it is to use.

I picked this up as a budget 4×6 thermal label printer for shipping, and for the price it honestly punches above its weight. Setup was straightforward: Bluetooth paired quickly, and it connected without drama on both iPhone and Windows. Once it’s configured, it just works, which is exactly what you want for printing labels back-to-back. Print quality is crisp and consistent. Barcodes scan cleanly, text is sharp, and alignment stays true across multiple labels. It feeds standard 4×6 thermal labels without fuss and doesn’t waste labels during startup or calibration, which is something a lot of cheaper printers struggle with. Speed is solid too — not enterprise-grade fast, but more than adequate for small batches or daily shipping runs. The build is lightweight and clearly plastic, but it doesn’t feel flimsy. Buttons are responsive, the lid closes securely, and the mechanism hasn’t jammed or skipped so far. Software is basic and not particularly polished, but functional once you learn where everything is. If you’re expecting Zebra-level software, you’ll be disappointed, but that’s not what this is competing with. Overall, this is a great option for a small business, Etsy shop, or home office that needs reliable shipping labels without spending a lot. It’s not a tank, but it’s dependable, prints cleanly, and saves a ton of time over inkjet labels. For the money, it’s a solid value and easy to recommend.

It pairs quickly with my iPhone and the app is super intuitive with tons of features for customizing labels, shipping, or creative designs. It comes with thoughtful extras like an UBS converter for Type C , charger and a computer connector! I love the ready to go right out of the box simplicity. Printing is lightning fast with zero delay!! It’s super high quality, crisp black and white output every time. I love that it’s thermal, so there’s no ink or toner needed! I just load thermal paper and print shipping labels, barcodes, church flyers, or anything else i want to design (like the custom pieces I made for my church’s AA group, which turned out perfect!).
