  • Pretty darn great with some caveats but that's covered in the review =)
Color: BlackSet
Big screen in a non face covering way which is a plus for actually wearing this out in public. Super clear, I was shocked. Those are the pros. The minuses hmm they are small but I would very much like if there were some positive adjustment instead of only negative adjustment for nearsighted. Like, as you get older most people become farsighted and seeing the near is the hard part and these have no positive adjustment at all. Luckily I'm right borderline for these so they doable and very clear but yeah there's some eye strain after a time in one eye. But that's just me and not the product. Maybe they could sell a lens attachment that gives an extra +1 or +2 that would essentially be like a glass screen protector on the inner lens that faces the eyeball? Like corrective glasses lol. One other neg is the screen pushes right up on the viewing angle so if you are using the entirety of the screen then you'll probably get an obstructed bottom edge or top edge depending on how you wear them but it's very slight and not really an issue. This technology is really incredible, I would not have thought possible in something so small. OHHH If you're still reading, the best part I forgot is the colors! They are sooooo good. This oled is amazing with the color vibrancy and absolutely no screen door effect. Oh darn Ok I just remembered a negative with the station 2 after the latest firmware update. I cannot find the station 2 on any of my many devices to wirelessly screen-cast to it. This mean no external view using multi monitor - wireless to the device when using the station2 which is a pretty major feature that's not working even after a full factory reset and setting up again. I have my fingers crossed that they will fix the issue though hopefully on a next update? Anyway yeah it's a great product. Good battery life on the station2 also. I use 24 pin usb magnetic dongle attachments to quickly reattach cables and it works perfectly. That's a third party product though. ... show more

  • Great Glasses Great Bundle Great Price
Color: BlackSet
Hsiang Meng had commented something about the different rokid glasses and not needing the Station 2 you can just use glasses alone and that's the case for all the glasses. They can all be plugged into an iPhone or an android. The difference is with the Station 2 it's a charger a mouse and gives you so many more options then just a Google play store. So remember that you can get the Max 2 glasses and they work great on their own but the station 2 adds so many extras that you won't get without it ... show more

  • Unit got so hott had to unplug. Now can't return. UPS won't Ship Bad battery's and no way to return.
Color: BlackSet
Hand unit fire hazzard.I really wanted to love these. The idea was awesome BUT due to using cheap parts not very good or safe. First the hand held unit got so hot during charging i had to unplug. The picture would be incredible but cheap plastic lenses causes blur towards the center of screen. Not too bad for movies but when viewing docs it is very noticeable. For 500 bucks this should not happen. The main issue is i am more concerned about the fire hazard from battery. It got so hot it felt like the hand held unit was going to melt. Was too hot for daughter to hold. I am now going to return these somehow. I was advised by UPS I can't ship faulty lithium battery's and have to take battery out before shipping. If I do that i can't get money back due to damage. If I ship and it causes fire i can be liable for all damages as the shipper. Stuck with $500 fire cracker paper weight. BEWARE. ... show more

  • The AR spatial still needs some work.
Color: silver
I'm a fan of the Rokkid glasses, however am in-between the handheld ar spatial device. When laying down there is some UI drift that occurs where eventual you'll lose visibility of the controls. I only use these at night in bed laying down to watch movies mostly. The sound is great. I haven't done any steam link or moonlight game streaming yet. The glasses work amazing with samsung dex. Although the latest DEX version is going down hill. No keyboard support, no fault of Rokkid, just an FYI. I dislike the nose pads, the glasses can feel a bit heavy after awhile. There's got to be a better way to distribute the weight instead of creating two intense pressure points on the bridge of your nose. Overall I'm happy with the glasses. The media device is definitely a bonus for when my phone isn't fully charged but I would not pay $600 for this combo again. I'd wait till price drops. I wouldn't pay more then $350 for the combo ... show more

  • This is a game changer for games on the go.
Color: BlackSet
I love these glasses. They're compact and great for traveling, I can plug in to my steam deck and play games like im playing them on a big screen. I also love watching 3d movies with them. Such a game changer! My only regret is that i didnt see the mini hub charger adapter as a free gift until after I received the glasses and station2 in the mail. Is it too late to get the hub for free? ... show more

  • Very interesting product. Feels very cutting edge
Color: silver
Minor quibbles - screen drift doesn’t stay centered, I ordered prescription glasses with astigmatism correction but there is still a perceptible blur at the edges, implementation based on android OS has its limitations, high fan noise from handheld unit, glasses heat up and can cause dry eyes or other issues if you don’t remember to blink, not sure if these are okay for sessions longer than an hour or two. Despite all this, these can be a very cool tech gift! ... show more

  • Station 2 is trash
Color: BlackSet
The glasses are ok. It's not impressive, you can tell you're looking at tiny screens. I think the tech is cool and why so many people like them, but you're not going to feel immersed in entertainment. On that note, the station 2 is trash. You can't watch any streaming apps, you can't even watch Netflix using the chrome web browser. Just get the glasses and use your phone, but you'll lose out on the "300" inch screen. ... show more
