The Rokid Air Dark Red AR Glasses are awesome for gaming and movies—super lightweight so they’re comfortable to wear even for long stretches, plus the flexible nose pads and padded arms make them easy to adjust to any fit. The virtual screen truly looks huge and crisp, and the colors are bright and clear, almost like having a 120" HD monitor right in front of your eyes. It works perfectly with my Steam Deck, switching between devices is easy, and you don’t need to mess around with complicated setup—just plug and play. There’s even built-in myopia adjustment so anyone can dial in the sharpest picture without wearing extra glasses. The audio from the tiny built-in speakers is surprisingly good for both games and movies, and the glasses are light enough that I forget I’m wearing them after a while. If you want a portable big screen for gaming or movies anywhere, these are a must-have. Five stars for sure!

I'm a fan of the Rokkid glasses, however am in-between the handheld ar spatial device. When laying down there is some UI drift that occurs where eventual you'll lose visibility of the controls. I only use these at night in bed laying down to watch movies mostly. The sound is great. I haven't done any steam link or moonlight game streaming yet. The glasses work amazing with samsung dex. Although the latest DEX version is going down hill. No keyboard support, no fault of Rokkid, just an FYI. I dislike the nose pads, the glasses can feel a bit heavy after awhile. There's got to be a better way to distribute the weight instead of creating two intense pressure points on the bridge of your nose. Overall I'm happy with the glasses. The media device is definitely a bonus for when my phone isn't fully charged but I would not pay $600 for this combo again. I'd wait till price drops. I wouldn't pay more then $350 for the combo

The Rokid Air glasses really surprised me. They weigh about the same as a pair of sunglasses, yet it feels like a large screen is floating right in front of you. The picture is sharp and bright enough indoors, and the device itself feels solid and well-built. I love the shiny red color. The sound is good for movies, though I usually stick to my AirPods, so that’s not a big deal for me. I know many people use these for gaming (mostly my friends from overseas - I didn’t even realize this brand was available in the US), but for me, it’s mostly about watching movies in bed without disturbing anyone. My family can watch their own shows, and I can enjoy my own screen. I can already see myself using it on a long flight -just me, my headphones, and a private screen. I’ve owned an Oculus device for years and have plenty of experience with gadgets like this, so I know what I’m talking about. The Oculus is fun, but nowhere near as convenient for casual use in bed or on the go. The Rokid Air is simple - plug it in and it works. A few tips for first-time users: the small button on the top right is for brightness adjustment, not power as I initially thought. As soon as you plug the glasses into a compatible device, they start automatically - no buttons need to be pressed. If they don’t start, don’t waste time looking for a power button, because there isn’t one. That usually means the device isn’t compatible (dummy me, I actually had to read the manual haha). I tried about 10 different devices; some older ones didn’t work, so just be aware that compatibility isn’t universal. Comfort is fine. They don’t feel heavy, and the adjustable nose pads make longer sessions easy. I was able to connect them to my wife’s MacBook Pro with no issues, and surprisingly, they also work with my iPhone 16 Pro Max, which I didn’t see in the listing. Between that and my Android devices, I’m fully covered. Solid 5 stars from me - practical, convenient, and exactly what I needed for private viewing. UPDATE: Dropped it to 4 stars after they suddenly stopped working about a month in. I was ready to send them back. Turned out the issue was just the included cable. Swapped it for one of mine, and everything’s back to perfect again.
