Before buying an automatic cat litter box, I did a lot of research by reading blogs and watching videos. One reviewer mentioned that some litter boxes create gaps or sharp angles while operating, which can pinch or injure cats. This made me really concerned, so safety became my top priority, and I ruled out many products during my search. This litter box has a completely different design. It doesn’t form any gaps or angles while running, so it effectively prevents cats from getting pinched. It feels very safe, which is why I chose it. So far, it has worked safely with no issues. I’ll update if anything changes later on.

UPDATE: the company reached out to me and offered a refund or to try a different litter that they will send me. I opted to get the different litter. Really impressed that they reached out and are trying to fix the issue. If I can I will update this post if I can. I changed my stars from 1 to 4 because of this. Hoping the litter they send will work. 🙏🏻 Not sure how this got high marks. I think it is not good at all. The bottom of the machine is plastic sometime stays on the plastic. When it cleans itself the wet litter stays on the top part where the litter falls into the bin. I have tried 3 different litters, changed the time setting for it to clean itself after use and the same outcome happens. Iron stays on the bottom as well as the back grill. Extremely disappointing since it cost almost $400 and now I can’t return it.

I bought this automatic self-cleaning litter box for my two cats because scooping every day was getting old, and it has made the routine much simpler since the unit clears waste on its own shortly after each use and drops it into the sealed bin below, which keeps odors down and the litter area looking neat. The large size gives my cats enough room to turn around and dig without bumping the sides, and they started using it right away without any training. The grey design blends into the corner of the room and doesn’t stand out like bulky pet gear. The motor runs with a soft sound that doesn’t scare the cats, and I only need to empty the waste drawer every few days. Adding fresh litter and wiping the inside takes only a short time, so the whole setup feels low-effort compared to a standard box. My floors stay cleaner with less scattered litter, and the air smells fresher throughout the day, which makes living with indoor cats much easier.
