The Lidar works really well and maps the area with extreme accuracy. Cleans and mobs and is smart enough to get unstuck when it goes into wires. It also is able to go around things easily that were not previously there during the mapping phase which is nice because my cat likes to be a nuisance. The docking station is able to clean the robot so you don't need to empty it after every run. The app is easy to use and shows you the areas that the robot has cleaned.

This vacuum works great until it doesn't and then there is no support from the manufacture. My water tank top won't stay on and it leaks water on the floor. Then the top slides and jams up. Messaged the manufacture with little response. Now I can't get it to turn on even though the app says it is fully charged. I have contacted the manufacture again with no response this time. Really sad but it just doesn't work. I have only had this since July and never opened the box until 3 weeks ago when we put our new floor in. Worked great for 1 week and then it started having issues.

This is my first robot vacuum and mop. After the first night of trial and error, I got the hang of it. The app is easy to use, plus I have it on my Alexa app too. The best thing I like about this robot vacuum is it can sweep and mop under my bed, which I’m physically unable to do. It doesn’t get stuck. Goes around obstacles without getting stuck. It’s always ready. I would have given it 5 stars except it keeps losing its sweeper brush. But it does keep going using the roller brush. I strongly recommend sweeping your floors first before first use. I had a lot more dirt, especially dust bunnies, than I thought I had. The first time using it, the roller brush stopped multiple times because of hair, dirt and dust bunnies would clog it up. Otherwise, I strongly recommend this robot vacuum and mop.

The vacuum works just fine. It will go and get the areas you want and will mop, and for some reason it does talk but you can turn that off. The only issues is that the vacuum was set at a price of $899 and I bought it for $250 believing it was a good deal, but now the price is originally $275. So you think.youre going to.get a good deal but in reality its another cheap vacuum.

Me gustó, no se atora en mi alfombra a pesar de que es de pelo de conejo sintético y con bordes le llaman "bubble", sabe esquivar obstáculos y hace buen mapeo de la casa. Se defiende barriendo, trapeando no tanto, al principio cuando empieza a trapear tira mucha agua, es decir deja una marca de agua que al secarse se nota, eso lo hace en una distancia de 4 - 5 metros mas o menos, una vez pasada esa distancia ya se controla y regulariza el flujo de agua, lo malo es que como ya detecto que limpio por ahí no se regresa "a secar" eso que dejo mas mojado asi que en ese espacio hay que pasar otra mopa o trapeador para que no se quede la mancha de agua, (creo que si le cambiaran el trapo desde diseño por otro tipo de material mas absorvente y suave tal vez mejoraria eso) pero igual si no te molesta puedes dejarlo asi o al principio mandarla por algún lugar donde no se note mucho esa "huella de agua" 🤷♀️. Por lo demás bien, no hace mucho ruido, se vacía sola y regresa a cargarse sola. En el caso de la App creo que sería bueno que la hicieran mas intuitiva por que al principio cuesta encontrar donde están las instrucciones, los cambios y esas cosas que nos gusta personalizar, aunque después de estar ahí un rato ya después le entiendes o te familiarizas. Como sea es una buena aliada para mantener a raya el polvo y la suciedad del piso en la semana, asi que conmigo ya se dio a querer 🥰

Best robot vacuum I’ve had by far (roomba, shark). App is easy to use and the room mapping is great. Easily goes around obstacles with ease and the self emptying feature is great. I have a German Shepherd and this vacuum does a great job of keeping up with her shedding. I would buy again.

This stopped working. In the app, I clearly schedule this for a certain time after we go to bed. The product will run whenever. I have made sure the time zones and everything is correct but it always runs at random times in addition to the time I programmed it to. It also stopped self emptying. I’ve changed the bag and cleaned the dust collector but it will not self empty after each use, like I have selected in the app. If I want it to empty at the station, I need to manually click it in the app each time. It also stops working while in the middle of the planned cleaning and returns to the station and the collection box in the vacuum itself will be empty. It has taken more time to have this than to vacuum myself so I won’t even use it. Save the money!
