I am very happy with this product. This vacuum gets under those hard to reach spots (under the beds and under other furniture that it can fit under). No problems with getting over low/medium pile rugs. I haven’t tried the mop function yet. Learning how to use the app and scheduling cleaning routines was easy. Making sure the required band wireless signal is key. Finding replacement supplies was a little challenging at first. Searching for the brand lead me to finding replacement supplies.

I just got this unit, I charged it like I was supposed to and then it mapped out the rooms and we had it clean, we thought it did a good job, it was my understanding that when it was cleaning and the battery got low it would head back to recharge which it did on the scheduled cleaning. However, it charged up to full and never finished cleaning what it missed. Not long after that the fun started, a good portion of the time, it would come back to recharge and it never suctioned out the debris that it had collected, sometimes it would get caught on something and it couldn't get loose and it would just run the battery down. This is not worth the money, it is totally aggravating, most days it never cleans all the rooms or it can't suction out what needs to be done. If you disturb the charging process, it forgets about the next cleaning that it needs to do because it thinks its done for the day or it just can't figure out what the devil it needs to do. Next, you can't buy additional bags for the machine, you can buy something that is made by another company that says they will work with it but don't be fooled, you have to perform surgery on them before you can get it to work with the system. I've looked on Amazon and can't find any of their parts that they say you will need to replace when they have run their course. Don't kid yourself, I don't believe they make them. I knew I should have went with a better and a little bit higher priced machine or with a name-brand vacuum. Don't waste your time or money on this piece of JUNK. Save yourself some aggravation, DON'T Buy it.

This is a great item especially if you have a dog with lots of hair. But as much as I love it I do have a few issues. As with all robot vacuums it gets stuck in some places and setting up a restricted area is difficult to do on your phone. You would think with all the new, sophisticated sensors you wouldn’t have that problem. My only other issue is that when the robot docks and clears its tanks, it’s loud! Other than that, it’s a real timesaver

I couldn't be happier with this little robot vacuum and mop. It outperforms the one we paid $1500 for by leaps and bounds, so it's a great value. I love being able to turn it on while I'm working and then I finish up my work day and have perfect floors. It fits under and between chairs and under cabinets. It takes about 5 hours for it to clean our entire 3000 square foot lower level, but that includes it going back to empty and recharge itself. The mop is great because I can mop and then set this to mop right after and its mop pad is covered in dirt, so it's clearly getting to areas that I missed or couldn't reach. I also love how quiet this is. Our other robot vacuum is so loud, but I forget that this one is even on, and it's not loud enough that my family has to raise their voices to be heard. Another major bonus is that this senses edges and people walking in front of it or a moved piece of furniture, so it's not constantly slamming into things. I honestly have no complaints at all about this machine and am going to buy a couple more for other levels of our home. It saves me so much time in my day.

The media could not be loaded. What a waste of money! For reference, I purchased vacuum on 8/26/25, so it’s approximately 4.5 months old. First month it cleaned well but it did not stay out of the “no zone” areas, ended having to barricade those areas. Because it only has one side brush, it doesn’t catch all the debris, leaves dust, dog hair and trash behind. I always have to go back with my hand held vacuum. Now after 4 months, the vacuum can be fully charged and only works for about 30 minutes tops (goes over the same areas and still leaves trash) and never cleans the entire areas of my house. I have to stop the darn thing to place it near the charging station or else it goes in circles until the charge dies. It’s loud too. For me this vacuum gets two thumbs down on cleaning ability, functionality and noise level. Terribly disappointed with this vacuum. Trust me when I say this vacuum was not worth the money. Going back to my previous robovac.

I rate this as 5 Stars for its vacuuming because that’s what I purchased it for. I would rate 2 stars for its mopping abilities. It leaves a lot of standing water so you have to go behind it with a mop. It’s easier to just mop the old fashioned way. It vacuums great and is simple to set up.

this vacuum was great until you need replacement parts. Somehow a piece that holds the roller brush in came detached and is now missing. I can't even figure out how to order a replacement and it would seem replacement parts for this vacuum do not exist so this will receive exactly one star (zero if I could) until the company responds. I've had this vacuum for 2 months or so and it's already unusable. I emailed the company and have yet to hear back. They do have a company website but you can't order replacement parts from it. Maddening. Absolutely maddening!
