I’ll give this a device a really good review. After seeing full stars after every purchase you have to write one and return the favor. Easy setup good cleaning. Although my device did state it should come with 2 mop pads and didn’t I still wouldn’t give it a bad review. I have it programmed to run at a certain time every morning no issues. I will say it does rescan the room from time to time. Also make sure you change settings if you aren’t going to use the mop it will start talking and not shut up. lol I had a shark prior to this and honestly didn’t come close to working the same.

Works great and love the thing I would of gave it 5 🌟 but I did get my remote but the app works good enough were u dont need it but still would of bin nice to get it ...the vacuum cleaners better then I tho it starts with the outside of the room then does the inside its a good vacuum

I had the vacuum for about 3 weeks before the roller brush started making a horrible high pitched sound and giving a roller brush error. Every time it gave me this error, I would check it and there would be nothing in the brush. I exchanged it before my return window, so hopefully the second one lasts longer than a month.

It was a bit of a pain to set up and the base unit it sits in is so light, it needs to be stuck to the floor or the baseboard. I have put it on to clean right now as I sit here with a cup of tea, and as I watch it go backwards and forwards over my hardwood floors, I watch it go over my lab's glitter, and then it's still there. This robot vacuum has to be the biggest waste of money I have spent to date. Do yourself a favor and save your money, It really is garbage.
