I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to warn others about this product. I purchased this cleaning robot after seeing a 4.8-star rating, thinking it would be a solid choice. Shockingly, right after I received the item, I checked again and saw the rating had dropped to 3.9. That kind of drastic drop makes me question the authenticity of the earlier reviews, something feels very fishy about this brand. As for the robot itself, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating: • Map editing is a nightmare – The mapping interface is almost unusable. Trying to adjust or reshape a square is nearly impossible and wildly imprecise. • The mop function is terrible – It somehow made my floors look dirtier than before. • Can’t map the house correctly – It constantly misidentifies rooms and walls. • Wi-Fi setup was a pain – The process to connect it to Wi-Fi was long, buggy, and incredibly frustrating. We almost gave up multiple times. • Gets stuck constantly – Even though I tried setting forbidden zones, either the map is not accurate or whatever reason, the robot doesn’t seem to recognize them properly and gets stuck all the time. I deeply regret this purchase. It was a waste of time, money, and effort. Definitely not worth the hype, or the initial inflated reviews.

Not intuitive to start using, but not too difficult either. But read everything first. I recommend making it easy for the device to reach every part of the floors you want cleaned and remove rugs that are thick or easily grabbed by velcro (there are velcro pads on the bottom plate that can catch if it's a tight area or an easy to grab rug). The velcro pads are normally covered by a cloth cover, but mine ras torn off by one rug and then it grabbed another rug and got stuck. Also, my machine arrived with only one scrubbing pad for the bottom plate and an empty plastic bag in the box where the second cover had been removed by someone prior to it getting shipped to me. All the little problems aside, the kthing works and sweeping is very good, not missing much if anything. We have 1600 sq ft of floor space, mostly without rugs of any kind and its all white ceramic tile with white grout. So there was plenty of dust and it took two chargings to do the whole house. Those sweepings generated two very full dirt compartments. And all the work it did working around chair and table legs caused the two chargings. I like this little machine and it is my first ever robot vacuum. I would recommend it based on its cost alone.

I cannot believe how good this thing works! We have a dog and wow does it do wonders on pet hair and dust! Easily goes over carpets and rugs with a different pattern everyday. Very good product. The mop function is not very impressive though. Really just drags a wet cloth around so if your floors are dirty, it will just smear them.

The app has many features, and easy to use The cleaning itself is thorough and work on different surface (wooden floors, carpet, tiles) One full charge cover one floor while it takes more time in furnished areas. Use it regularly and the dust bin needs to be cleaned regularly. Overall a good experience and my vacuum cleaner is retired.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this robotic vacuum for a while now, and it’s been awesome. The setup was super quick and easy, and I love that I can schedule it to clean whenever I need. It maps out my home perfectly, getting into all the nooks and crannies without missing a spot. Plus, it’s pretty quiet – no annoying noise while it’s working. The only thing to note is that it only works with a 2.4G Wi-Fi connection for setup, but honestly, that hasn’t been a problem at all. Other than that, it’s been a game-changer for keeping the house clean with minimal effort. Highly recommend it!

While I had high hopes for this cleaner, it was a huge disappointment. First of all, it has no programming mode, so you can’t schedule any cleanings. Second, it gets lost trying to return to base for charging, which the charging takes a very long time to finish. It comes with 2 side cleaning brushes, but can only use one, making it sweep one side of the floor or carpet at a time. Not being able to program is huge and you can’t connect to it unless you’re on your home network anyways.
