This robot vacuum has turned out to be a really solid purchase. The strong suction, the way it does not get caught on obstacles easily, the app control via WiFi, and the slim design all deliver exactly what I was hoping for. The app was very simple to set up, especially since I already use it for other cleaning devices. Adding this vacuum took about a minute and then I could start, pause, schedule runs, and change modes right from my phone. It feels like everything is in one place instead of another gadget I have to manage separately. The very slim design is what makes this thing special. It glides under my baby’s crib, the ottoman, and other low furniture where dust and crumbs usually build up. Watching it go under places I cannot easily reach with a normal vacuum and come back out with a full dust bin is very satisfying. In a house with kids that makes a real difference. I like that I can let it run while they are playing and it quietly cleans under and around everything without me moving furniture. The suction power is genuinely strong. It picks up crumbs, pet hair, and fine dust from hard floors and low pile rugs, and it does a good job on carpet too. After it finishes a run, the floors look noticeably cleaner, especially in high traffic areas. The battery life has been very good. It runs long enough to do a real cleaning session, not just a quick pass, and then returns to the dock on its own and is ready for the next time. The noise level is better than I expected. You can hear it working, but it is more of a steady background sound and not something that takes over the whole house. We have been able to run it without it feeling disruptive. Overall, this vacuum hits all the points I care about. It is slim enough to reach the spots that are usually ignored, strong enough to make a visible difference, and smart enough with the app that using it is easy and low effort. We are very impressed with our new Airzeen Robot Vacuum. This is our second Airzeen Robot Vacuum. We purchased an R7 Robot Vacuum in 2024 and we still have it run every day. We have a sunken living room so we were looking to purchase a second robot vacuum this year so that we did not have to keep moving the R7 between levels. This year we purchased the Airzeen Q20 Ultra. This Robot Vacuum is a significant upgrade in capability and performance! The first time you run it, it maps out your entire floor. Then it divides the map into rooms that you can rename using the app on your phone. Once that is done you can even map out virtual walls and no-go areas. Very cool! This vacuum is smart and knows where it is at. The older R7 simply ran around the room randomly. The Q20 Ultra uses the mapping to ensure it cleans the entire floor plan. It can be set to vacuum or mop, or both. When it finishes, it docks up and then the docking station collects all of the dirt and recharges the robot. The box opens up to a Quick Start Guide. This gets it connected to your WiFi and to the App on your phone quickly. No assembly required other than removing packaging material. Shipping was very quick. I received mine within 3 days. I included a few pictures. One shows the older black R7 in the background and the quick start guide when opening the box. The white vacuum is the new Q20 Ultra. There is a picture of my floor map. The upper right room is my sunken living room. We will run the older R7 in that room. The next map shows what it looks like after completing the cleaning. The white lines are drawn as the vacuum runs, showing the path it has covered. We are very impressed with the Q20 Ultra and believe it is a quality unit that will serve for a long time.

I've been using the Q20 Ultra for a little while now and it's honestly made keeping my floors clean so much easier. Love that it vacuums and mops. I have a mix of hard floors and rugs, and it does a really good job on both. The suction is stronger than I expected - it picks up dust, hair, and crumbs without leaving anything behind. The setup was pretty simple. It connected to the app without any issues, and after the first run it mapped out my house really accurately. I like that it cleans in organized lines instead of driving around randomly. It also avoids furniture and doesn't constantly bump into things, which my old robot vacuum did all the time. One thing I was pleasantly surprised by is the noise level. It's definitely not silent, but it's not too loud either. I can have it running while I'm watching TV or working from home without it being distracting. The battery life has been solid. It cleans a large area before needing to recharge, and if it does run low, it goes back to the dock and finishes the job afterward. I haven't had to babysit it at all. The self-emptying feature is probably my favorite part. Not having to empty the dustbin after every cleaning is really convenient, and I like that it's bagless so I don't have to keep buying replacement bags. Overall, I'm really happy with it. After years of owning various robot vacuums from iRobot’s Roomba and EUFY, my family decided to try this self-emptying, mopping robot vacuum and we couldn’t be happier! The packaging and build quality were impressive, matching or exceeding previous models we’ve used. Set-up was straightforward, and the robot quickly and efficiently mapped our home, with cleaning patterns that are thorough and logical. It’s smart enough to revisit areas blocked by pets or people, ensuring a complete clean. The app integration is fantastic, making it easy to segment rooms or mark problem areas like long curtains and messy cables. The mopping feature is a great addition; although it doesn’t replace a full deep clean, it certainly helps maintain a noticeably cleaner floor. We run the mop function once or twice a week and plan to do only occasional manual scrubbing, but since switching to this robot, we’ve needed our stick vacuum far less often. I’ve been using this robot vacuum for a few days now and it’s honestly been a really good purchase. The setup was straightforward and the app was easy to connect. I like being able to schedule cleanings right after leaving the kitchen at night. The vacuum moves around the house in an organized pattern (edges only) or randomly but does not bump into everything like other robots, like the iRobot Roomba 600 Series. It comes with several features to set cleaning patterns for edges, small room or random. The suction power is strong with 3 suction speeds and it does a great job picking up dust, crumbs, and especially dog hair. I have a German Shepherd that sheds a lot, and this vacuum keeps the floors looking clean between deep cleanings. Even better, my German Shepherd actually approves of the vacuum and isn’t scared of it, which was something I was worried about at first. The noise level is low compared to the iRobot Roomba I use in the basement. Overall, it saves me a lot of time and makes daily cleaning much easier. Definitely happy with this purchase.
