I purchased this robot vacuum 2 weeks back and till now the performance is too good. The best part is the self-emptying feature - I haven't touched the dustbin even once and it seems it will go on for atleast 4 weeks without any need for emptying. The mobile app is very user-friendly where you can schedule the cleaning timings and it does everything automatically. It cleans both my wooden floors and carpets perfectly without any issues. The transition between different floor types is smooth and it picks up all the dust and pet hair properly. In these 2 weeks of daily usage, I haven't faced any problems at all. The robot returns to charging dock on its own, navigates nicely around furniture, and covers the entire house systematically. The Airzeen Q10 Pro Robot Vacuum Cleaner is well-built and good-looking. It works very well (both vacuuming and mopping). When you open the box, you will see a nice setup instruction sheet (see picture). You will also need to get the app. Downloading the app and linking the robot to our home network was quick and easy. It came with extra brushes (two), an air filter (one), and mop heads (three)(see pictures). In the video, you will see the initial mapping program. The mapping went very quickly and resulted in a very accurate map (see photo of map on the app). The vacuum had good suction, and it didn't miss anything. We were particularly impressed with how it got to the edges of the walls and around and under chairs. We've used it daily for over a week, and it has performed flawlessly. A nice feature is that it automatically empties its dust bin. The noise level on a hard floor was moderate. On the carpet, it was quiet. It is an excellent value for the money. This vacuum cleaner robot has truly impressed me. With a toddler running around, two black dogs constantly shedding, and a house full of beige carpet (worst combo ever for staying clean), I needed a vacuum that could keep up. First, the noise level is very low. I can run it during nap time and it doesn't wake my toddler. It's powerful enough to pull up all the fine dog hair that disappears into light-colored carpet, but does so almost silently. It’s mapping is flawless. The robot learns the layout quickly and moves with intention, it doesn’t bump around randomly or repeat areas unnecessarily. I love being able to customize rooms and schedules, and the app makes it easy to tweak if needed. The best part? It’s never gotten stuck. Not once. I have furniture legs, area rugs, toys, and those random toddler obstacles that pop up constantly, and this robot just figures it out. I’ve had robot vacs before—couple of those budget ones that were fine but kinda annoying. They’d get stuck, miss spots, and I was always emptying the bin myself. Then I got the Airzeen with the self-emptying dock, and it’s like night and day. That self-emptying feature? Total game-changer. I’m talking set-it-and-forget-it magic. It zips back to the base, dumps all the dirt into this big bag in the dock, and I don’t have to deal with it for, like, a month. No more shaking out dust or sneezing my face off. It’s honestly my favorite thing about this vac, and I didn’t know I needed it. It’s also just a solid cleaner. Picks up dog hair, crumbs, you name it, on both my rugs and hardwood. So I been looking around for quite awhile now on a good robot vacuum cleaner and I think I found it. This one does everything I need it to and more. It is very easy to setup and there's an easy to use app that you can download to setup the vacuum and get it working. It was very intuitive and I was up and running in no time. It comes with spare dust bags and a spare brush. It also speaks loudly to let you know it's started or if it is finished. I really like the fact that it completely empties itself at the end of each run which I didn't know was a thing. It also has a mopping feature that works great as well and is not messy like other vacuums. It comes with multiple spare mopping pads as shown in my pictures. It is powerful enough for my hardwood floors and picks up most everything like crumbs of snacks or small bits of dogfood on the floor very easily. I think it'll work great for years to come.
