This product works like a charm! It’s so easy to hit the button and have it clean my house for maintenance. I do wish you could create a path for it so it wouldn’t get stuck on cords but it goes over my rugs great and doesn’t get stuck at all! The charge holds for a good amount of time and I love that we can tuck it away next to the couch when it’s charging due to its sleek design! The sensors work great and are pretty touchy so none of your furniture will get dented or scratched from this guy!

The media could not be loaded. Easy to understand with the instruction manual they provided. I am able to install the app to my iPhone 13 max pro easily. The vacuum & mop combo works really well. The vacuum is really powerful and able to clean all the debris of cereals and rice on the floor that my children scattered on the floor and carpet. While the mop is easy to clean the tiles floor of My living area. The nice thing with this Vacuum and Mop combo it has 6 cleaning modes and tangle free suction which ideal for human hair and pets hair. The best part of it that water tank it has 230ML able to clean my whole living area and kitchen area. Can control from app/ Alexa Control, Smart Vacuum Cleaner. It has alot of battery power to get your house cleaning done by this powerful robot machine. I highly recommend to everyone.

My Deebot would not hold a charge after only a year of use. I found this vacuum to be very reasonably priced. It has good suction, the mopping feature works great, and it’s easy to clean the filter.

All the features listed are a match in reality. We've had an early release Roomba, and it has served us well. But it was somewhat annoying. It was noisy, and always seem to find where you were standing. It couldn't find its home charging position. But this G-20 product is quiet, efficient, not annoying, and finds home using better algorithms. If our house was big enough, I would have bought two of them. And the possibilities outside of using the remote is very accommodating with more choices. The suction is powerful, and the mopping featureto cleanliness. cleanliness.

I bought this as a replacement for my old, worn out one. I was enticed by the 75% off sale price. I think this vacuum is acceptable for the sale price, but not at all for the supposed prior list price. On the plus side, it has very strong suction, is relatively quiet, and moves along at a quick pace. On the negative side, the quick pace is a problem because this robo-vac crashes into absolutely everything, and the faster it goes the harder the crash. It almost topples my plant stands when it crashes into them. I haven't tried to use the app yet because I have 5G wi-fi and this unit says it can only connect to 2.4. The instructions show 4 or 5 different ways to hook up, but I'm so overwhelmed by all the instructions that I haven't even tried yet. I'll have to schedule an afternoon to work on it. The remote leaves something to be desired. My old unit would do a full 360 on one press of the center button. This one only turns about 10 degrees, then you have to press again and again till it finally goes in the direction you want. And sometimes all the presses confuse it and it does something completely random. The reason I say you can't leave it alone is because I have never yet NOT had it get stuck under something or tangled in something. Now I know I have to prepare the house before using--pick up the bathroom rug and block off all the furniture openings that are big enough for it to nose into but not big enough to get out of again. 3.9" is not slim enough, at least not in my house. The dust catcher is very small. You couldn't go more than two days without emptying it, quite different from my old unit which lasted at least a week. The mop function is okay. Make sure you tuck the little white strip under the platform as you attach it or it will simply roll up in a ball as it moves forward. I was pleased to find options for replacement mops, sweepers and filters on Amazon, so that's good. I may experience more ease of use and greater functionality if and when I can get the app installed. If so, I'll update you. But so far I'm just missing my old one.

This has been the best investment I made this year. I I have had a Roomba and it has some years on it, and was looking to purchase another one; BUT, I seen this on sale and bought it. ABSOLUTELY WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! It cleans way better than my Roomba ever did and it is much quitter and the battery life is more than enough to clean my two story home. I would recommend this vacuum.
