The media could not be loaded. I actually bought this vacuum for my mother for christmas. She is getting up in years & is towards the end of her battle with cancer. Since I have a full time job & family I can't get over to help her clean up the house as often as I used to. I had lower expectations for the product without a big brand name but I have to say we are both very impressed with what we received. Battery life is not exceptional but it completes it's task (runs for 2 or 3 hours) & docks itself on its base to charge, with no hiccups. The product is very quiet. It handles dust, hair, & even cat litter with ease. Mama brags on its longer brush attachments saying it reaches farther than she can with the broom. The "dust bin" isn't very large & needs to be cleaned out frequently, but with daily use shouldn't be as much of an issue because there should be less overall dust. We were very hesitant about how it would handle rugs & floor jams in-between rooms. We were very impressed at how it handles these very smoothly. I even saw it get caught up in some rug fringe & work itself off of it with no issue. The app......not a big fan. It has some functionality & after we connected to it, it prompted a firmware update. Other than just switching through the functions a little easier it won't be used too much. In conclusion I am glad that I purchased this product & i might even consider purchasing another one for my house when I have a little extra money. Very satisfied with my purchase overall!

I am amazed at how well this robot vacuum/ mop works! I wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised! It was very easy to put together, set up and connect to Wi-Fi and the app. You can control it with the app or does come with a remote control as well. It comes with the brushes as well as an extra set of brushes. It also comes with a cleaning cloth for the mop part and an extra one but these can be washed and reused. It does an excellent job vacuuming and getting all of the nooks and crannies. It also does a wonderful job mopping. I haven't set it up on a schedule yet, but you can program it to start cleaning at a certain time on certain days, which I'm going to look into right away. The only thing to make sure of is that the base is on solid ground so that it connects easily. Otherwise the robot has a hard time getting to the base for charging. I love this robot vacuum/mop and am very pleased with the cleaning ability! I put a picture on this review of the mop cloth after mopping the floor one time after my dog came in with muddy paws. You can see how much dirt it mopped up. The other picture is just it charging. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

I needed a small vacuum that doesn't take up a lot of space for my longhaired cat on hardwood floor and this is the perfect item. The suction is good and the mopping feature works well. The mobile app and the remote is easy to use and very responsive! You can also map which is a great feature for the price point that some more expensice vaccums don't even have. I have a love/hate relationship with this vacuum. Love: convenience, look of the vacuum and charging dock does not take up a lot of space, the app works well and is user-friendly... Con: I have had this product for 2 weeks now and I wish that I just spent the money on a Roomba instead. This vacuum has an aversion to trim and rugs - unsure on carpet because my home does not have carpeted rooms, but any rug it will not go over so I need to use a proper vacuum. I feel I need to watch it constantly and chase it to pick up what it leaves behind. I got this vacuum because I have lighter floors and a dog, so the hair is an issue. It won't pick up all the hair, and it does not map out a room well at all so one room will be "done" in 2 minutes, another smaller room will be done in 5. Also the battery life is not great.
