I have been using this robot vacuum / mop for about a month now. I will say it keeps my carpet and hardwood floor clean without failing. The vacuum is powerful; it picks up tiny dust particles, hair, and lint. I have used the mop feature twice, and it has worked well. Does not leave lines and streaks. The smart mapping is very effective. Initial setup and app setup are both very easy. The app allows custom schedules. You can control cleaning schedules and monitor the robot on the app. The robot automatically goes back to the charging dock after cleaning. The smart sensors control movement around the room efficiently. You can mark off areas to be excluded, and the robot does not go there. Battery life is good. When battery charge becomes low, the robot goes back to the charging dock for recharge, and then picks back up where it left off. Emptying the bin and cleaning the mop pads is straightforward. Overall, this robot vacuum with mapping capability has been an upgrade over my previous robot which only had vacuum function (and no mapping). I think because of the mapping the floor area is covered faster, saving time and battery charge.

This a very good quality product. It's super easy to use, I was impressed by the power this thing has and the amount of dust and all our pet hair it picks up. When it looks like there's nothing on the floor, it continues to pick up dirt, hair, etc. Battery last a long time and the price is well worth it. This is the first robot vacuum I've purchased and very impressed by it's use. The water tank/mop feature is a nice addition.

I was very excited about the dual combo of this product because I have two dogs with muddy feet but have been since highly disappointed. I don’t tend to leave reviews, but the battery takes 6+ hours to charge only to last for MAYBE an hour. It only picks up dog hair off the hard surface floor, does not pick anything up off the carpet or in the form of chunks (I.e. small dirt clumps) and then it gets stuck FREQUENTLY in and around surfaces it should not get stuck on. It does not give you the ability to map your floor plan, it just gives you the ability to follow the wall or do random paths and it certainly doesn’t get all open areas. It is hard to manually control as well. I don’t recommend.

It works fairly well, however it must be programmed with a phone app to work well. Bumps into the table in the kitchen and gets stuck sometimes. Seems to work well otherwise.

As a first time user of robot vacuum, this is an impressive product for both vacuuming and mopping. The 6 modes of multi cleaning is efficient for easy cleaning. You can also schedule the cleaning settings with the app. The battery and performance is great for everyday cleaning. Love the smart mapping and auto docking (for recharging) features. Suction was powerful on carpet and hardwood floors. Mopping was also spotless on hardwood floor and kitchen mats. If you are looking for a reasonably budgeted robot vacuum for everyday cleaning, then this product is a great choice for its price and quality.

Not good for carpet, there’s no carpet brush underneath like my previous vacuum, only the 2 side sweepers on the unit. Low profile gets under furniture well. Suction is ok, not great. Moves easily. Gets stuck on things. Bangs into objects harder than my last vacuum in order to sense something’s in the way which makes is noisy. Wouldn’t purchase again.

This is a great performing product for a very reasonable price. It does exactly what it says. If your area is not too large or too complicated, this is plenty of performance. It will cover it completely, and do a great job getting dust and debris off the floor. It is easy to operate and easy to clean. I'm not sure what I'm missing with a more expensive machine because I haven't tried them, but this is quite adequate and I'm very pleased. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love this robot vacuum and mop combo! The 2500Pa suction power is impressive, easily picking up pet hair, dirt, and debris on both hard floors and carpets. The tangle-free feature is a game-changer, and I don’t have to worry about hair clogging the brush. Alexa and app control make it so convenient to schedule cleanings.
