EDIT**** Will forever be a fan of this company. They immediately shipped a replacement mop head which holds the charging ports. I received it in 3 days and it has been working like a charm! Thank you!!! I have LOVED this vacuum. The convenience of being able to clean the whole house with the touch of a button. We’ve had this vacuum for 6 months and 2 months ago I noticed it was having trouble finding the charging station. After inspection I found that one of the charging ports on the vacuum had literally fallen inside the vacuum. It looks like the black plastic holding it in place had snapped. At first I thought maybe we knocked it into something or that something happened. But then 3 weeks ago it started having the same problem where it wouldn’t find the charging station. It turned out to have the same problem as the other side charging port. I think the plastic is just cheaply made, I’m disappointed because we LOVE this vacuum. I glued the charging ports back in place on the vacuum and it seems to be working okay again for now.

The media could not be loaded. It's my first time a robot vacuum and I'm very pleased with my choice. This vacuum matches for the square area that I need to have done in my home. It has exceptional vacuum strength when it goes over small carpets the vacuum suction intensifies. I love the easy to use app that controls all its functions. I can either with a click of the button on my app have the vacuum do the entire first floor or various selected rooms you can call this vacuum a smart vacuum because it maps out and records the entire layout of the home before you start using it for vacuuming or cleaning. I found it's so amazing because when it goes back to its charging station it will suck up the dust from the vacuum bag into the charging station where it also has a bigger bag for storage. Also if it cannot do all the rooms in the house no worries, it'll never run out of battery. It knows to go back to the charging station, regain a sufficient charge, and then returned to where it left off and complete the job. Once done the vacuum turns off and it travels to the charging station, backs up in perfect alignment and locks in to begin charging. Oh I forgot to mention, when I'm away from the house it will show me what areas it's already covered on the mapping system of the app. So I know exactly how much has been covered and what it still needs to do. It's quite an incredible device. My dog loves the vacuum too. He just walks around it and thinks it's cute. It's very convenient because it can go under all my couches and my entertainment table. My favorite feature is if I want to vacuum any room I could do so away from the home using my app and then the coolest thing is that I can see where it's traveling throughout the house because it gives me the layout of the home that it originally mapped out and shows me exactly where it's located on the map. It's like a GPS tracking system. I showed my friends at work and they were amazed. Probably jealous a little bit but they were excited nevertheless. I'm a super busy guy and I don't have any help to do the cleaning of the floor and it's one less thing I have to deal with. I cannot wait to do the washing of the floor is it has that feature as well. It's a unit I would definitely recommend. It's well made and it's very powerful. I have yet to all the features of the app but would I use it for right now is very very beneficial. Before you start any type of cleaning make sure that the areas that you plan to clean have picked up items off the floor so they don't get in the way, that is items that can be moved or get caught in the brush such as a dog blanket other items that could cause problems. Just pick up those things ahead of time.

Cleans better than my previous roomba and costs a lot less. It performs well for pet fur and bare floors and carpet. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cost effective robot vacuum that cleans better than other higher priced ones. WiFi connection is great and it lets you know if you have a problem. Easy to fix and adjust map so it avoids certain hazards. It’s able to get under furniture and beds easily. Perfect size. It is very durable.

This product is amazing! It works great as a vacuum and I love that it has the option to mop! I will say, I wish the mop water storage was bigger because I feel like I have to change it 3 times during a run to get my whole floor clean but otherwise this is great! It’s a smaller charging station than some others that I’ve seen, the charge lasts a good couple of hours to clean, and my dogs keep jumping on it so I’d say it’s pretty durable as well. It looks pretty standard, It has a raised disk on the top to navigate with but otherwise it looks standard to any other roomba adjacent device. I think it’s a pretty good value for when I got it (around $250) but I don’t know that I would pay upwards of $300 for it.

I received my robot vacuum as a Christmas gift, it’s been absolutely amazing. Both vacuum and mop features work great, the suction is really good, one full charge goes 90 minutes, so great battery life. Floors are very clean after it’s done and it’s very capable of making sure to get every area cleaned up well. It’s pretty compact, looks nice and once you follow instructions, it can be durable. I love mine.

The vacuum is very sturdy and of great quality. It cleans very well. Leaves the floor spotless. Works very well. It has three vacuum power modes and mopping options. The design is very helpful, saves me a lot of time and makes everyday life easier. It’s an investment that improves quality of life. Customer support is also excellent. Instructions are very clear and easy to use. The device connects to wifi and you can control it through the phone. It also includes a remote control. I’m very pleased with this purchase and I highly recommend it.

The overall clean and mapping are great. The vacuum is noisier than expected and when it empties it sounds like 5 shop vacuum are all on at the same time. 4 stars only for the noise.
