Update: The Company contacted me after my review about not loving this machine. I wish I had reached out to them in the first place for direction, because the communication with them was beyond stellar. With suggestions and links to troubleshooting issues I was having, including videos for me to watch, they were more than willing to help me understand the machine better in hopes I would love it. I can say, with their help (even after reading the manual to begin with), I am feeling much better about the vacuum!/mop.I was quick to compare it to my previous vacuum, and that was unfair as they are entirely different machines - I realize that now, and shouldn’t expect them to be identical. Thank You again to Jade for reaching out and patiently working with me and helping me see that this vacuum has a lot to offer! I just needed the direction and didn’t bother to ask. Rate update from 1 to 5 Stars ———————————————————————— I do NOT love this machine. I have read and reread the quick set up card. Scanned the QR. Read through the book. And I still hate it. I’m not IT Smart, but I do take the time to read the basics on new appliances that I get for my home. With the cost of things, I like to make sure I am understanding and treating my machines properly for the most effective results. I didn’t have the chance to set up/use it until a few days before the days ran out for me to return it, and I didn’t feel like I had given it a fair chance-so I kept messing with it and running it … or I would have absolutely returned it, but time ran out. Shame on me. It doesn’t empty on its own when it docks (for me) - even though I have the option to empty up to 4 times per App settings) after completing a run, I have to manually empty it. It is constantly plugged up and I don’t realize it until it’s been emptied (or I thought it emptied) and I’ve started to run it again (often days later) and see hair packed in the back where it empties out to the canister (and I empty the dumb thing every single time it is used, sometimes twice). It is quiet, but that makes me feel like the suction power isn’t there. The “latch onto a cord and drag it around” on items you have sitting on the floor (ie fan) still happens, even when the cord is tucked securely in a corner. It does a decent enough job picking up hair and dirt from hardwood, but there is more I don’t like about it than I do. I am 100% sure after learning how the vacuum part alone works, I will certainly not be using the Mop option. I like to think all of the reviews are honest on this vacuum, but I cannot for the life of me understand how. That has not been my experience. Oh well. You live and learn.

I thought I hated robot vacuums until I tried this one. I have tried almost EVERY freaking brand of robot vacuum on the market (Eufy, Roomba, iRobot), and they all seem to 'be stuck on a cliff edge' on a 1/4 inch edge of a rug, leave dog hair clumps everywhere, miss the corners and the edges, and just get stuck or stopped over dumb things. A patient recommended this to me, and hesitatingly, I tried it, and darn it I'm about to buy one for everyone at Christmas. - The app makes it very easy to use - The app has a map so I can tell where it's been, and the map is accurate - The self-charging and self-emptying feature makes it pretty much independent - It rarely gets stuck (it will roll straight over some of my son's toys without vacuuming them up and just keep on trucking) - Vacuums carpet super cleanly (high pile and low pile carpet and rugs) - Doesn't leave clumps on the edges of rugs - Strong and good suction speed - It will send itself back 'home' to charge if it's in the middle of a job but the battery's going to die (battery lasts a while anyways, our house is just wide) - It will auto-vacuum about 3 times a day for me, and I've got it scheduled to run 3 times per day, so it does a lot of work We've had it for a few months now and I'm still very impressed. I don't often write amazon reviews, but this one was worth writing. 10/10. Buy this one.

I picked this vacuum based off the reviews and it did not disappoint! I’ve given it a couple weeks and have used it everyday and I can say, this is way better than the shark I had a few years ago! We have two golden retrievers so vacuuming every day is a must with all their hair and debris they bring in. This vacuum grabs everything that the shark could not. It’s powerful, it’s pretty quiet even on its max suction. The only “loud” part about it is when it goes back to its dock to empty itself, that’s pretty loud, but it literally empties everything (my shark always left stuff behind!). All in all this was a great price for a vacuum that does both mopping and vacuuming. The mop is eh..you still need to deep clean, it’s really only for daily upkeep but it’s a great feature to have for all their hard wood flooring we have. The remote that comes with it is pretty cool. You can control areas you want it to focus on and spot clean. 10/10 would recommend for hard wood flooring and pets. I’m not sure how it does with carpet, I only have a small rug by the door, but it seems to do just as good with that.
