I haven’t used the mop feature, but this is a great vacuum! I have a Golden Retriever, and the fur can get out of control. This vacuum helps keep up on the days between my more heavy cleaning. The roller brush is easily removed for cleaning, and the tool included helps get out the fur easily. The app is super helpful- I know immediately if there’s a problem (usually a cat toy), even when I’m not home. The map is accurate, and you can easily update anytime you move furniture. The media could not be loaded. We have been wanting a robot vacuum for a long time now as we have a golden retriever and it is almost impossible to keep up with the amount of hair he sheds. This vacuum has been great. The lidar detection works really well and we are continuously surprised by its ability to avoid objects and maneuver around. The directions are not as clear as they could be, but I realized this is partially because the vacuum is pretty much plug and play. When you turn it on and open up the app it pretty much does everything for you. It begins mapping your house immediately without you needing to do anything. The mapping within the app is really nice, you can go in and name rooms, split rooms apart, and setup no go zones for mopping or for vacuuming and mopping. The app also lets you select different ways to clean, whether that’s by room, by zone or auto. The vacuum itself works great and is designed to get in every nook and cranny. You can set your suction on a few different settings, we have ours on high since there is so much dog hair in our house. A few downsides of the vacuum is that if you do have a lot of dog hair like us you are going to deal with your brush getting tangled in hair, if you check it regularly you should be able to deal with it. Additionally because of the amount of dog hair we have needed to empty the collector more often. We let it clean our entire bottom floor when we first got it and it got clogged because there was too much hair for the station to suck out when it docked. However, there is an option in the app to send the vacuum to dust collect whenever you want to help avoid this. The additional mopping feature is one of the reasons we chose this vacuum, where it is nice it does not work quite as well as I would like it to. It definitely mops but I would consider it more of a light mopping than a thorough one. Overall, the vacuum works great and for the price point you really can’t beat it, I highly recommend this vacuum even with the few downsides it’s more than worth it. ... show more

This vacuum mop combo works great. I have a lot of inside animals and the pet hair is not a problem. It empties in the bag with ease. It has many other benefits on the app. I do recommend this vacuum/mop combo. It’s a great value for the price too!

I purchased the MONSGA Robot Vacuum on July 1, 2025 and wanted to give it some time before I left a review. -Vacuuming - I’m absolutely impressed with the MONSGA Robot Vacuum. It’s powerful, quiet, and the 5000Pa suction picks up dust and pet hair effortlessly. I love being able to control everything from my phone. I bought this to replace my Roomba that I had for several years. The LIDAR is very accurate and setting up the “do not go” zones was easy. I have it set on the Turbo Clean mode since we have 2 dogs that shed, and it runs daily. I'm asking it to do about 1200 sq feet of flooring. I do find myself needing to clean the brush since human hair gets tangled, but I just consider that part of maintenance. -Mopping – it does a good job mopping for “service cleaning.” We have a large area rug tucked under our couch. The mopping feature can’t determine the difference between a rug and hardwood floors. Trying to map out the large area rug as a “do not go” zone is quite difficult if not almost impossible. I was hoping the vacuum would be able to determine the difference between a rug and hardwood floors like it does while vacuuming and not try to mop the rug. -Dust bags. I really thought it would just have a dustbin that you empty after each clean. But no, it has dust bags. While one may last you a long time, the fact that you will need to buy dust bags at some point creates an additional expense and is just inconvenient. I’ve also read the dust bags seem to always be on back-order. -Customer Service – Awesome customer service! Questions asked are answered quickly with videos and solutions. Totally worth the money! This is probably the best robot vacuum machine I used, the cleaning result is so good. We had used it for a few months, it makes my floor house work a piece of cake. The 6000Pa suction power is incredible, vacuuming all the visible dirt in a second without me holding a handle and working hard. The mop function is also great, my wood floor turns neat and shiny quickly, it’s like a very smart robot doing its job as a routine and returning to the station automatically. The self-cleaning function is quite outstanding, it is an advanced vacuum robot for modern homes, and I can’t wait to explore more functions of it through the APP. ... show more

Better than expected! It’s new and very exciting for the feature and deep cleaning the vacuum has. Love the mapping feature and schedules allowed for programming. It senses room layout and works well around furniture. The traction from tile to area rugs is perfect and doesn’t pull up my lighter rug edges like my other robovac. The unit seems well built and I like the size and dust collection feature after each vacuum cycle.
