This is the best thing I ever bought. It vacuums and mops. You have to download the app to use most fuctions. Although the listing says does not work on 5g this vacuum actually DOES work on 5g. To make it work you have to pause the 5g so it drops down to 2.4. You do this in your modem settings. Then you have to forget your wifi in your phones wifi setting and reconnect this will put you on 2.4 which the vacuum needs to connect. Once that is done you have to turn your Bluetooth on then open the app and press both buttons on the vacuum for 3 seconds to connect the app to the vacuum. You will here a voice says connected to the internet when you've done it right. You only have to do this once to connect the vacuum to the app. You have to do this in about 10 minutes because your wifi will automatically revert back to 5g. Then tell it to sweep from the app. When you first start it up it maps the entire floor of the house with lidar before it does anything else. The one picture is the map of my entire 1st floor. The 2nd map is the same map after editing, naming my rooms and customizing the settings for each room. It also shows what rooms it is cleaning and where the robot is at any given time. The build and functionality are are why I bought it in addition to not having to vacuum and mop myself. I have a bad back and less broom and mop pushing works for me. It has lower noise level than a regular vacuum and I can run it at night while I am sleeping. I don't use it on big spills just to keep the floor clean for the most part. It really does not run into things like other robot vacuums. It works quite well for my needs. The app takes time to get used to as there are no directions on its use. There are only set up directions for the vacuum itself. They also send out updates to the app and possibly to vacuum also as I have seen a check for update in the vacuum setting. I am still trying to figure out the update and what the change was and I'm pretty tech savvy. I have figured out most of it and it does what I need it to do. You basically tell the app what to do and it does it. I can tell it to do whole floor or just one room also you can set to mop and vac or just vac. My carpeted areas are set to just vacuum while my hardwood and kitchen floors are mop and vac. I just turn it on let it do it's thing and go out. Sometimes I forget to start it before I go out. So I just go to the app and program it remotely to do it's job from anywhere I am at. I have a dog and it does a good job of picking up loose hair. They only thing you really need to be proactive about are loose cords on the floor (For the loose cords it put no go zone up) also make sure you put any shoelaces out of reach of the vacuum. They will get tangled in the side brush. If it does it will talk to you and tell you. If you don't remove the jam it will turn itself off. Also you can not use traditional floor cleaners in the water tank. I highly recommend this product.

sin problemas hasta el momento, escanea los espacios muy bien, al igual que la función barrer y aspirar lo hace correctamente; lo único no tan bueno es que, el contenedor del polvo es un poco pequeño para la cantidad de sucio que aspira, teniendo en cuenta que vivo en una casa pequeña que escasamente supera los 100 M2. no he probado aún la función de trapeado, una vez la pruebe actualizaré la reseña. Actualización: probé la limpieza con trapeador incluida y no está mal, no lo hace como una persona pero es aceptable el resultado, eso si, aclaro, para hogares que no manejen esa alta suciedad y tráfico de personas; el rendimiento está un poco por debajo de lo estipulado en las especificaciones, pero para mi caso es suficiente; creería que para una casa grande de mas de 120 m2, se quedaría corta en una sola recarga

WARNING, peace of 💩 Where do I start? First off, the price is the obvious hint…. You get what you pay for. The technology is probably 10years behind what it should be. It runs into things, even if you block out the area. The map on the app shows up upside down- no joke. The wheel started squeaking after a few days of run cycle. Before you ask, nothing is caught in wheels. Lastly, it runs over- yes over its dock station. My advice is, save up for a more known brand. 🦈 or 👁️🤖 I will add a video soon

Full disclosure....I do not have pets. So can't say if this is good enough for pet hair, etc. It is good enough for my household that doesn't get a whole lot of foot traffic, but does have a messy toddler who drops food/crumbs. The battery life is a lil disappointing, will run with a full battery & after about 20 minutes, maybe 30 max & it stops to charge.

Lo usé tres veces hasta ahora, siempre en función barrido. Aun no utilicé la función trapeadora, por lo que no puedo emitir opinión al respecto. La primera vez que se usa, realiza un mapeo del espacio que me resultó realmente impactante. Mi aspiradora robot anterior no tenía esta función, que según pude comprobar resulta realmente súper práctica. Una vez que realiza el mapeo, se puede elegir que limpie automáticamente, o que limpie sólo una de las zonas de la casa. La división en zonas la realiza de manera inteligente, y el resultado es verdaderamente "inteligente", ya que en mi caso, supo dividir un gran espacio sin puertas en ambientes distintos (cocina, living, comedor, etc). La función barrido es muy buena. Solo un aspecto para criticar: no logra barrer verdaderamente las zonas cercanas a las paredes. Dado el mapeo inteligente, entiende dónde están los límites de los ambientes y pasa una solo vez por cada uno de esos espacios. A veces, eso resulta insuficiente, en especial en las zonas mencionadas, pero con un poco de "ayuda" logra su cometido. Mas allá de ese aspecto, volvería a comprarla, sin dudas.
