The media could not be loaded. DO NOT BUY!! This products sucks. It doesn't mop as stated. The solution doesn't come out of the nachine. It can never find it's charging station and there's nothing around it. The vacuum is just as bad. The compartment that holds the water and dirt fell apart and the mop pad no longer stays connected. The machine leaked water out when I removed the mop pad. There were 2 spots where the fluids leaked. The machine running but never cleans, no matter the water level. It passed over the same areas multiple times but still didn't clean it. I truly don't recommend anyone to buy this product. It's truly not worth the asking price. This isn't even good for basic maintenance or upkeep. The navigation is horrible. The cleaner comes out from the base, pauses for 2 minutes before proceeding to the room you requested cleaning. The battery went from 82% to 66% in a matter seconds. It doesn't clean or pickup any dirt. I wish I could do zero stars. Worst Christmas gift ever and I asked for it. DO NOT BUY THIS!!! ... show more

Almost returned this because we lost internet connection with it. But it turned out to be the router. It works perfectly! Clean floors daily. And we have two shedding, little dogs. We got the white and it fits right in. Excellent choice.

    • Works well but needs a rescue at least once per operation
When it's running, it does a good job of picking up the dirt and stuff on the floor. But it gets stuck often. It works its way into corners with furniture and it will forget how to get itself back out again. It will need rescue now and then from situations like these.
