I purchased this a few days ago. Great price too, and am surprisingly happy with it! It is a great vacuum (good suction) and mop combo! I love waking up to a clean house—it’s such a game changer. It does a thorough job on both hardwood and tile floors, and the mop function leaves everything looking fresh. The scheduling feature works perfectly, and it’s quiet enough to run overnight without being disruptive. I’m really happy with how well it handles daily messes. This is my first robot vacuum and I am truly impressed by the technology. It is a small unit but works efficiently on my hardwood floors. It was ready to use straight out of the box, moves quickly and operates quietly. So far I am very happy with it.

We have a Golden Retriever who sheds a lot and brings in pine needles, dirt, and other yard debris. The Shark gets it all in its nightly run and we wake up to a clean house. The dust/fur bunnies no longer exist and, because the floors stay clean, the dust on the elevated furniture is decreased. Moreover, when our dog gets the 'zoomies' inside, the air purifier does NOT go crazy from all the dust that previously got kicked up from the carpet. The mapping software is great and the ability to setup exclusion zones works well. We have some counter stools that, prior to the exclusion zones, the Shark would try to climb because of their low base. But like with ANY robovacuum, or regular power head, you do need to do maintenance; i.e., clean the filters and remove hair that gets embedded in the wheels. Overall, this is a great unit and was a Prime Day steal!
