I am most impressed with the suction of this product. I mainly use the vacuum and not the mop feature, but the mop worked well on our hardwood floors and ceramic tile. I still prefer to do the scrubbing myself though. As for this little Robot, I love that I set it up and then go on to do other task. I start it out with wall follow and once it has made one or two rounds through our upstairs then I put it on random. There are a few places that I have to barricade, so it doesn't get stuck. I close the door to my fitness room, just because it gets caught under the side of the treadmill and likes to get tangled in the fitness resistance cords and power cords etc. A lot of obstacles in that room and it is not worth rescuing it all the time. I have not tempted fate with the stairs, so I close that door when it is running, but it is supposed to stop when it senses a large drop. It transitions from carpet to hardwood really well. When the battery is down to 20% it is supposed to go to charge. I must admit that it struggles with finding the home base, so I usually hear that it isn't vacuuming anymore and just rescue it to place on the charger. I have actually only used our Dyson Vacuum for the wand part and I use the wand to clean out the bin and filter for the Robot. I truly did not think I would like it as much as I do! In fact it is running now while I am writing this review! LOL! I am truly impressed by this product!

I picked this up for my mother in law who is.... less tech savvy. My favorite part about it is that I've set her up with three ways (really four but I doubt she'll ever remember to open the Tuya app) to start the cleaning process. There are buttons on the top of the vacuum, I tied the app to her Google Home so she can use Assistant to start thr cleaning, and it comes with a handy remote so you can also choose the modes with that. Once she saw the remote she didnt even want me to setup the app at all. This one thing is going to create way less "son in law tech support" calls for me so that was a big factor. In terms of cleaning, it's good! Doesn't have all the bells and whistles of my much more expensive Roborock, but thats not a fair comparison for the price. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

This vacuum actually works much better than the ECOVACS I have and still use. It vacuums fast and the best part I love about it is it vacuums for two hours. The mopping part - mediocre! However for the price of this robot I would buy it again. It also doesn’t seem to pick up any dark colored cabinets/furniture, annoying part of that is, it goes about and does it’s thing while ramming into the kitchen cabinets and dining room furniture. My only two complaints about the vacuum - mopping and not sensing dark furniture. Overall good little product for the price.

I bought this on Prime day after much searching for a reasonably priced robo vac. This is my first one and I wish I would have found this years ago! I have two Pitties that shed and a boyfriend with allergies and to sum it up is a neat freak. Keeping the floors and house clean was always a battle. Set up was easy and have it running daily, the photos above are what it picks up daily! The filter is almost a month old and holy cow its gross. Granted I also have a biweekly house keeper so my house is much cleaner. I noticed much less dust in between cleanings and the floors are not spot less but definitely cleaner. The mop function is more of a dusting benefit and I would not consider it actually mopping. Overall I love this vac! Definitely would it again. Edit: I have to say that I hate to leave bad reviews but I have reach out to customer service multiple times and they basically ignored me. They initially made contact to trouble shoot the product (battery won’t hold a charge and it stopped working randomly) I have had this robo vac less than a year. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend.

I am immediately impressed and satisfied with this purchase. It adapts quickly and is gentle enough to not trap things it shouldn't vacuum. Because of this, it doesn't have the strongest suction, but it's a good sacrifice to save items like hair ties and other miscellaneous things. It may miss some crumbs bc of the low suction power, but it usually picks it up in the second or third pass. It has a great sensor/detection of upcoming objects so, thankfully, it hasn't tried to sweep up my cats. It had a full battery straight out the package which was relieving. The "return to home" feature was impressive. It has a remote control that it responds quickly to, but there's also an app so you can start it remotely. I haven't tried to mop feature yet so I can't speak on that. But I am very happy with it. Truthfully I think my favorite feature is how quiet it is. There's no way my next door neighbors can hear it like they can hear when I use a stand up vacuum - I can barely hear it when I walk 10 feet away.

This has been great to have around the house! It does a great job of keeping the house clean between my deep cleaning days. We have a dog and this vacuum is great for keeping the floors hair-free. Its reasonably priced and gets the job done. Highly recommend!

First let me say I have not used the mop feature, as far as the vacuum it works pretty good at keeping the tile floors free of pet hair, we have 3 dogs and this vacuum keeps up with them. It's not the quietest vacuum out there but it's also not the loudest, on a full charge it pretty much does the whole house except for the 2 spare bedrooms and bathroom that no one is using so the doors are always closed but for the main part of the house it does pretty good. It has no problem finding its charging station and it is pretty easy to empty and clean. The app that you have to download is pretty good but you don't have to seeing that the remote control that comes with it has all the features of the app. I do not have alexa so I can't tell you how it works with that. I highly recommend this product. Thx and enjoy
