This is my first robot vacuum and it works surprisingly well for a little thing. It does not do deep cleaning on carpet but that should be expected. Great for hardwood floors. I’ve been using it every day and it picks up cat hair and litter they leave behind on their little paws. It’s not too noisy but the suction is powerful enough that at first I thought my neighbors were playing loud music (could only hear the base). Then realized it was the vacuum vibrating the floor. I like that it goes under my bed and furniture, and into corners that it can get to. I had to rescue it in couple of places where it got stuck, and figured out how to block or modify the furniture so it wouldn’t get stuck. My house is multi-level with lots of odd corners. It doesn’t go up and down stairs and I am lazy, so I bought another one, fortunately before the price skyrocketed. That makes me question the seller’s ethics.

I have a golden retriever, so fur is a constant battle. This vacuum’s tangle-free brushroll and powerful suction make it the best I’ve owned for pet hair. It glides over rugs without getting stuck, and the side brushes sweep hair from edges into the suction path. Emptying is mess-free thanks to the self-emptying base (no touching clumps of hair—yay!). After two weeks, my floors looked so much cleaner that my houseguest asked if I’d gotten a new carpet. Worth every penny for pet owners!

I love tech, but my partner doesn’t. Thankfully, the app is simple: clean/pause/schedule, plus clear maps and settings. You can name rooms ("Living Room"), set zones ("Clean under the dining table"), or adjust suction with a slider. Notifications tell you if it’s stuck or needs maintenance. There’s even a "find my robot" feature (yes, I’ve used it). No confusing menus—just a clean, functional design. Bonus: It works with Google Home, so we can start it with voice commands.

The dual rotating brushes extend just enough to sweep debris from edges into the suction path. Unlike cheaper models, these don’t fling dust away—they guide it inward. I’ve noticed a huge difference along my baseboards and under cabinets. The brushes are durable, too; after four months, they’re not frayed or bent. For context, my last vacuum’s brushes needed monthly replacements. These pop off easily for cleaning (pet hair wraps around them, but it’s simple to remove).

Let’s be honest: Some robot vacuums are eyesores. This one has a minimalist, matte finish that blends into my decor. The dock is compact (about the size of a toaster), and the vacuum itself is low-profile. Even the charging lights are subtle. Guests often don’t notice it until it starts cleaning!

After reading reviews for this product, we had high hopes but the vacuum kept giving error messages, kept running into walls repeatedly without changing course - we had to manually pick it up and reroute it. It just didn’t function as we needed it to. This vacuum doesn’t have a mapping feature.
