It’s quiet, has 3 suction levels, and even mops — which actually leaves the floors looking great. The media could not be loaded. This Robo Vac is perfect for my two-bedroom, 1,200 ft² apartment. I found the setup very easy — the app installation, Wi-Fi connection, and pairing with the vacuum were all seamless. After about 25 minutes of charging, it was at 100% and ready to go. I really like that it has two sweepers, as many other models only have one. This makes it much better at cleaning along the sides of rooms and around baseboards/skirting boards. I also watched it carefully work its way around table and chair legs — it moved slowly and thoroughly to clean properly around them. The sensors worked well; it stopped when it approached the stairs. We have a few rugs, and I could hear it automatically increase suction when it went over them. They’re fairly thick rugs that even my handheld vacuum struggles with, so I was impressed by its power and how smoothly it transitioned onto them! It cleaned my entire apartment in about one hour, then returned to its charging station without any trouble. The app shows a live map so you can see where it’s vacuuming, which is quite handy. The dustbin was a good large size which meant I did not need to empty it part way through the cycle. Once the vacuuming was done, I tried the mopping feature. It’s very easy to install the mopping pad and add water — you just open the dustbin compartment, lift the blue rubber seal, and pour clean water in. I was surprised how well it mopped; my floors suddenly looked like they did when first installed new! In short, this is an excellent vacuum for my apartment. It does exactly what I wanted: vacuuming and mopping in one, with a feature-rich app....and...even if you don’t have your phone handy, the included extra remote control makes it easy to start and manage the vacuum too. Overall, it’s exactly what I needed for my apartment and a great machine.

I've had a few robot vacuums and I think this nails it for the price point. If you do a lot of research you'll be familiar with the different feature sets. This vacuum works very well as a vacuum and the mop attachment is a bonus. It isn't going to map out your rooms or self empty, however it handles autonomous cleaning and docking very well. I actually really like that it comes with a remote just because I have a billion apps on my phone and being able to tell it to clean or get it out of a tight spot is nice. I have one piece of furniture that robot vacuums tend to get under but struggle getting out and the remote with directional controls is very nice for that. Overall this handles very thick carpet and I was extremely impressed with just how much cat hair came up!

The J10 is a well-built and nice inexpensive robotic vacuum that gets the job done quietly and effectively, without breaking the bank. Arrived well-packaged and protected. Navigates between my hard-wood flood and area rugs without getting stuck and avoids collisions effectively. Batter lasted long enough to clean my 1200sf apartment with ease. It is hands off and the app that supports its is simple and gets the job done without being overcomplicated. Dust bin is perfect size and emptying is a breeze. For an economical approach to robotic vacuuming, this is the ideal solution!

I was looking for another robot vacuum for our second floor, where we have two designer beds with very narrow spaces underneath, where dust has been collecting for ages. I bought this vacuum with relatively low expectations—but it not only met them but exceeded them! It cleans and mops perfectly everywhere (including that sacred space under our beds), runs for about 2 hours without needing to recharge, and the water reservoir lasts for the entire cleaning process (approximately 1,500 sq ft!). It comes with a remote control (though I have no idea how to use it—but it’s a nice addition anyway) and a magnetic strip to set up no-go zones. It also has a mobile app and creates a map of the area. While the map isn’t 100% accurate all the time, it doesn’t affect the cleaning quality. This is likely something that could be improved with a future software update. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend it!

This vacuum is great, I am running it through its manual option with no app and it runs awesome. I vacuumed the other day, thought the carpet was clean, once I unpacked the robot I ran it and wow. I was shocked on how much it picked it up, dust and small fibers. Highly recommend this robot. It cleans the floor and automatically takes its self back whenever it needs to charge or is done. No tedious set up. Packaged well with some extra supplies. It's also not loud like others and doesn't get stuck. My old one used to get stuck going up certain carpets this one almost gives itself a boost to keep going.

This is my third robot vacuum and so far the best one I have used. It is very slim and lightweight and has powerful suction that works well on pet hair. The app and interface is very easy to use and his so far worked flawlessly for me. The automatic recharging is a great feature and has made life even easier. I would highly recommend this and for the price point it cannot be beat.
