We've never owned one of these types of vacuums before but decided to purchase one for our new home. This vacuums hardwood, rugs and carpets with ease. Transitions from hard flooring to rugs or carpet is no problem. We have 5 cats so wanted something to to run a couple times of day that could also go under sofas where an upright vacuum can't. Very pleased so far and highly recommend. Its an amazing price point. Suction is good, it gets every bit of flooring, all the functions work, noise level is ok. We run it first thing in the mornings. Would purchase again.

This SHELIKI Robot Vacuum and Mop is a lifesaver!! I deal with fibromyalgia & arthritis so sweeping/mopping is a very painful chore for me. The robot vacuum has saved me so much pain!! My husband works in construction and sweeping was needed 2-3 times a day. This little guy has saved me from ALL of that. I love how thorough it is. I can set the navigation or let it run its own course. My floors stay swept through no effort of my own other than to speak the word “go” thanks to voice/remote control through the Smart app. The vacuum is flat enough to go under tables, counters, etc. It’s super quiet so I can even nap while it does its thing. So far it hasn’t gotten stuck anywhere, always turns itself around if an obstacle is in its way. It climbs over carpets and rugs easily as well. The side brushes sweep out corners and along the floor molding perfectly! It has been a tremendous addition to maintaining cleanliness in our home. It clears pet hair, dust and dirt and returns home with a simple command or press of the home button on the remote. There is so much to learn still with all of its features, but even with basic knowledge this thing is amazing!! My floors stay clean!! GREAT purchase and a MUST HAVE for any household!

I am so happy I found this! Not sure what I expected, as I've never had one of these before. I am very impressed for what it has done so far. I have only used this as a vacuum, but it works well once I was able to get it going...that ones on me. I have 2 shedding cats, and this has kept my carpet clean, all on its own. You can't beat that! Considering what I've seen so far,I have every confidence the mop function works well too. Which is just an added bonus, as this is woth it just for the vacuuming itself

This robot vacuum does an excellent job of picking up pet hair and other debris. We have 4 cats and 2 dogs that shed an insane amount of fur. It is quiet and very easy to use, too. Highly recommend this vacuum!

I needed to replace my Eufy robot vacuum and had a hard time finding a robot vacuum with two rotating brushes. I came across this one and the price was right so I gave it a try. I’ve been very happy with it. I like that it doesn’t connect to WiFi because I had a problem with that on my Eufy. It does a good job and cleaning the floor and I don’t find that it gets hung up on things very easily. I haven’t used the mop feature because I only spot mop since I have Pergo floors. I would buy it again.

I really needed this product to work due to my current physical status But I am clearly disappointed. This product literally gets stuck in one spot for greater than ten minutes and cannot figure out how to get out. I have multiple throw rugs and carpets, and every single time the machine would get stuck on one of these items requiring me to come save it and reposition it. I started repositioning my furniture to make it easy to provide lanes of use. However, the machine would continue to get stuck. It has a difficult time finding home base. It's loud and it doesn't pick up debris very well. It's very time consuming for me to use this. This item will be returned as it is not helpful.

The media could not be loaded. Perfect product for my apartment. I use it ever other day. I live in 950sqft apartment and hits every point. It takes a awhile but gets around to it. Not loud at all. Able to work and stuff around my apartment. Has a pretty good battery and never runs out while in use. I recommend this product and would get it again. When I use it, I just make make sure there aren’t any clothes or cords on the floor. My favorite 2 things about this product is that it gets under the couch and bed and times where I put my foot in the way while it’s cleaning it doesn’t hurt when it bumps into my foot .
