It has amazing voice prompts and it automatically changes suction levels if it detects carpet. You can fully customize the operations of it. Its lidar even picked up my garage through the walls. That was pretty cool.

This vacuum was on sale a few months ago and I purchased it for my mom's Christmas present. She's been wanting a Roomba for a while but couldn't justify the price tag and I simply couldn't afford the dang thing, so this was my chance to get her something way more affordable. We have 2 inside dogs - one with short, white, wiry hair that shows on every surface and the other has minimal shedding but it's *there* even when we can't see it. My mom simply wanted something to get the surface-level messes and crumbs, and of course, the accumulation of dog hair in the nooks and crannies of the baseboards. This thing will get it done and actually do it well enough you don't have to go behind it and redo its job. The charging dock is fairly minimal so it sits nicely next to our pantry in the kitchen, out of our way but still in a convenient "home" spot. Our kitchen/den area is leveled so the robot can only stay in the kitchen and main living area since it doesn't have off-roading wheels and can't jump cliffs, but that's the main room my mom spends her time sweeping and mopping anyways. The vacuum has a convenient app you can control it from and a remote in case you aren't tech savvy. After it runs it's course the first time, it'll map out the room it's in and you can set it free from there. I'd watch it the first time though, especially if you have lots of furniture because it can get caught up on some larger pieces. We fold up the edges/corners of our rugs and take up our barstools since they have skinny legs and it runs just fine. The suction is great despite its quiet motor and you can set timers for it to run at a certain time or for a certain duration. The mopping feature was honestly just a plus for us, but it does work well. We've only used it with warm water and Dawn soap, so I can't vouch for a true comparison versus a manual mop. It does leave your floors looking nice and streak free, and you can wash the mop cloth and reuse it a few times before throwing them away. If you're thinking about buying this product, do it and never ever try to justify a $600 Roomba if you haven't previously had one. I'm sure if you already have a Roomba or another name brand robot vacuum then this won't satisfy you, but to us lower-class-vacuum people it's a whole new world. Lol. All this to say, you need this in your home - especially if you have pets!!!

My husband and I have been so happy with this purchase. This little vacuum packs a punch! I'm a clean freak, I'll admit, so I was cleaning our small two-bedroom apartment twice a week just to stay on top of the cat hair, the people hair, the dust, the kitty litter, and the constant crumbs on the kitchen floor. Now, I can make such things disappear with just the press of a button. To make a comparison, I've had experience with iRobot vacuums since my mom had one, but I hated how long hair would get wrapped around the barrel of the brush that it had and you would have to painstakingly remove the cylinder and pick at the hairs for thirty minutes (sometimes with a knife!) to get them off. This vacuum does not have a cylinder brush -- it's more like a self-operated Dust-buster than a vacuum, which I personally find adds to the ease of using it. The only thing you have to keep an eye on is the spinning arms; but again, it's easy for me to simply "unplug" them from the vacuum and pick my pesky long hairs from them. My go-to job for it is to suck up all the towel fuzzies, hair, and dust in our linoleum-floored bathroom. I just lock it in there for 10 minutes and it does the trick. The mopping mechanism isn't really a big deal for me; our apartment is mainly carpeted, unfortunately. However, this little guy handles surface dust, lint, and hair on the carpet just as well. I still use my big upright vacuum and my swiffer for deep cleaning, but now I'm only doing that once a week, maybe even every other week. In summary, this was a fantastic purchase for the low price tag. I strongly recommend this to anyone looking to make life a little easier!

This is a really awesome robovac. We were looking for one that was a little smaller in size as we had a large one from a different brand that would get stuck too easily and could never find its way back to the docking station. This vacuum has no trouble cleaning in between our barstools, tables, etc. and does a great job. The app/remote is pretty straightforward and easy to use and we have it set up on a regular schedule. It also does great on our medium length carpet as an added bonus. While we don’t have pets, our floors show every crumb or dust bunny - we run it once a day/every other day and the floors always look great. If you have pets, it would be a nice maintenance vac for in between vacuums, but it has replaced our manual vacuum. The mopping is a great feature, as well, and it had no issues cleaning up things like drops and small spills. We have yet to test it on anything super sticky. We’ve only had it since November, so we’ll see about longevity but overall, super happy with this vacuum!

Overall I'd say I'm happy with this purchase. I have nothing to compare it to, but I found that this little robot cleans pretty well. It won't pick up things like popcorn, peanuts, or Cheerios, but it does make the house noticably cleaner. Have it on wood floor so I don't know how it works with carpet. It works fine without the wifi function. It's small enough to fit under the couch so you don't even know it's there unless you press the start button on the remote. The bin for collecting dust is pretty small though. The brushes easily get tangled with long hair, and it has to be babysat. You can't just set it and come back later. It easily gets cought on any kind of clutter or electric cords. So you can do dishes or play on your phone, etc but every few minutes you'll have to get up to free it from something. It can navigate around chair/table legs fairly well, and actually manages to clean the edges of walls pretty well. The mop function works as expected. it doesn't "scrub" so don't expect it to wipe up a sticky stain, but for a general cleaning it's fine. My biggest complaint is actually that I can't find replacement filters, mop heads, brushes for it. I bought one recommend by Amazon and it didn't fit so I returned it. I emailed the company and they promised that it would be back in stock soon, so we'll see. It's not like they need to be replaced right away though. Overall, there is room for improvement (maybe more expensive models have more sensors or better AI?) But I'd say that I'm happy with it. Just don't leave out any toys or electric cords for it to get hung up on Edit: very pleased, the company remembered to contact me when the extra parts came back in stock

I like how easy this robot is to keep up with. It roams around in a random pattern and keeps my house clean of all the cat hair and cat food that our 5 cats leave around. It normally would take daily sweeping to keep up with our pets but now, while I'm at work, it's all done. I did need to use the instructions to set it up, I was a little lost without them, but it's really easy to get it going. I bought it because it does offer a mop feature, which is nice, you just need to add water before you run it. It runs for a long time before needing to recharge, which is nice. It does seem to take a minute to relocate its charging station, but if you tell it to recharge while it's close, it finds it much more easily. It does get stuck under our couch (Our couch does sit a little close to the ground) or with a cat toy every once in a while, but it will send your phone a notification to let you know it's having an issue, which I really appreciate. The remote is helpful, but I find myself using the app more often. I would say this robot does what machines 3x it's price can do

This Robot does a great job, I have dogs and so I have to have it run ever night ti ensure all the dog hair is cleaned up. It comes back full each night, it doesn't look like I have hair around but I must because each night the little basket is full. The only thing I wish this robot had was the capability of being able to empty its own basket when it was full, but this was the first time buying a vacuum robot and wasn't something I thought I would need. but honestly I am completely satisfied with how good it cleans. The set up for the online app and the robot connection was a little tricky and I did have to have my son come help me, and he is pretty tech savvy and he struggled a little bit getting it set up as well be he finally figured it put and it was up and running in no time. I am giving this 5 stars because it does do a great job cleaning every night as scheduled and really was a good value for what I spent.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this little guy works, considering the price. It needs to said: this is not a solution to 100% of your floor cleaning. There are areas that it just won't fit and it cannot pick up large debris, but that is to be expected. I had a Deetbot for a couple of years and this vaccum works as well, if not better. I do find that this model gets stuck a lot less than the Deetbot. Again, this little guy will not do you entire sweeping/mopping job for you at 100% efficiency; but it performs well within the parameters. I use it almost daily while working from home, just to pick up hair and dust before it settles on furniture and in the vent. Running this every other day (and picking up large debris) prevents visible dirt on the floor, but it magically fills an entire tank with dust each time I use it! It's a little confusing to not see much hair or dust on the ground and then dump a small apple-sized tank of dust after and hour, but it does a lot for peace of mind.
