Update #2 June 7th 2025: This vacuum has not had any decrease in performance. It still saves my sanity daily with not stepping in endless crumbs and dog hair. It's such a time saver. I just let it run and forget about it. The battery life is just as great as the day I got it and I still run it daily. I have yet to replace any parts on it. It's been well worth the money spent. UPDATE: over 1 year later. We still love this thing. The battery lasts an impressively long time, more than enough to clean my entire house still. I have not had to replace anything on it yet. I do not use it to mop anymore and have covered the Velcro underneath so it doesn't pick up hair. It is a great sweeping vacuum even after over a year of heavy daily usage. Well worth the money. This is my 1st robot vacuum & I’m in love! We have two children 5 & under and one very fluffy dog so I was sweeping at least 3-4 times a day. We run this vacuum twice a day and it picks up EVERYTHING. The mop feature is okay. It’s kind of like a little snail trail of water running across the floor. I’ll mostly use it for sweeping since it does great for that. It hasn’t gotten stuck yet although it does tend to pull up the smaller entryway rugs occasionally. It cleans my entire 1200 sq ft home in less than 90 minutes. You can schedule it to run at a certain time everyday using the Tuya app. This thing is also just fun to watch, it’s like when you would watch the DVD symbol floating around your TV waiting for it to his the corner just right. My son got me this robot vacuum as a gift and it is Phenomenal. It does the job! We have named it “The Butler.” There is nothing more satisfying than relaxing while the butler meticulously vacuums and lightly mops (at the same time!!) all over my home while I do other things or relax. This is the gift of time added back to my life and peace of mind that my floors can always be clean. It picks up everything and really gets into all the edges with the spinning brushes. Emptying the lint/debris canister is easy and is also a joy to see everything it sucked up that is no longer on my floors. This thing is a beast too getting over door thresholds. When I want the bedrooms done I just leave those doors open. The Butler (robot vac) gets in there no problem. When I don’t, I just shut those doors. Sucks up pet hair, human hair, dust, debris, crumbs, dirt. Goes under over and around everything. Wipes up small dried spills. I’ve been using this every other day since Christmas. I love it!! Also it keeps my kitten and dog busy watching it go. So add pet sitter to its list of credentials lol. Charges easily. It’s been easy to use and useful from day 1.     • Great little vacuum!
I used this vacuum while I was teleworking. It has good suction and did a very good job vacuuming my. living area. It took a little longer than I thought it would because it has a kind of random pattern of vacuuming. Still, it did a nice job and even picked up a few random leaves that had swept in that my regular vacuum has a problem picking up! It got stuck a couple times, but beeped to let me know, so the problem was rectified quickly. The mop was great!!! This is the perfect thing to use when you are cleaning around the house. You can get your other work done and not have to worry about vacuuming and mopping your hard surfaces. Not sure how it would work on carpet. Don't think I'm going to use it on that. I love that it shuts off automatically if you don't get to it quickly enough if it gets stuck. I would definitely recommend it!!! ... show more

    • Love it, could be better
Pros: it does do what it’s supposed to do. It has good suction, easy to clean and mops floors. It has multiple settings, you can control from your phone and set tasks to go off at a certain time. It can plow right over bumps in the floor such as dividers. Cons: it’s not as quiet as it says, I personally don’t mind, but it says it’s quiet. It does get stuck quite often, even if I have a tidy house with not much on the floor I find it doesn’t like thick carpets or the thin rug edges (like ruggables) Sometimes it is entertaining watching it get out of a small space. Make sure you get the mop cover on tight or it will fold over when it goes over carpet. I am one who fell for the “deal” I have never seen it full price, I actually paid more on Black Friday lightening deal that it is listed for now. So, gave it 4 stars for value for money.     • Better Than More Expensive Robot Vacuums
I bought two robotic vacuums last month. One for my wood floors upstairs, one for the wood floors downstairs. I bought THIS vacuum for the downstairs, and a much more expensive one for upstairs, since that's where my kitchen, living room and dining room are. After four weeks, I decided I'd had enough from the pricey upstairs model and gave it to my neighbor. The pricey one never had enough battery life to complete the job, which has never been a problem downstairs, which has more rooms. The upstairs one would run out of battery halfway through the job, go back to recharge, then like eight hours later would resume on its own. There was no way to stop it from resuming, and you'd better be ready for it to start again. The pricey one, although it said it was more powerful, also never cleaned well and was super loud. As for this robot vacuum, I love it. It has great battery life, picks up every last grain of cat litter downstairs, and is very intuitive as to how to get out of jams. Good notification process if it gets stuck, easy to start again, and is so much quieter. It also mops, which the pricey one did not. So, this is my second of this robot vac, and it was so easy to add it to the account. Although you can use the remote or just press the button directly on the small machine, I use the app. It's so easy. I really do highly recommend this little vacuum (which also has a small charging base, so I can hide it under a cabinet and the round robot just rolls out to clean).     • Great for small spaces
Overall this is a great little robot vacuum. I use it on the first-floor of my house (an area ~600 sqft) and it's fantastic at picking up cat hair and litter on hardwood floors and short-pile carpets. It struggles on my thick shag carpet but most vacuums do, and it's at least able to move over it without getting stuck. It is a bit of a "dumb" robot vacuum in that it doesn't send you any status reports or alerts. If it gets stuck it only beeps a few times before shutting off, so you will have to go looking for it. And it's best to empty it after every run because it doesn't notify you when its full. That being said I like that it's more of a simple machine because it makes it very easy to set up and use. It comes with a remote but I've found that it's easier to change settings and schedule cleanings through the app. On a day-to-day basis it does tend to get caught on cat toys and rarely finishes a full clean cycle, but it's very easy to remove anything that gets tangled in the brushes and wheels without having to cut them free. Because it gets stuck it may miss some spots on individual days, but over the course of a week it does get around to all the areas of my house to keep it clean. If you're better at picking up after your pets than I am, you probably won't have an issue with this. I don't use the mop feature so I can't speak about that, but on the whole I would recommend this to anyone looking for a powerful robot vacuum especially if you can pick it up on sale. ... show more
