    • JUST GET THE VACUUM
Giving this 5 stars because it has SAVED MY LIFE. Not only is the vacuum and the dock as visually appealing as possible, it also seems very sturdy and the mapping is very sensitive. The auto empty feature is great as well. There is only one issue that I have found, but it is easily fixed. If the mop pad is on, and you do vacuum only, the mop pad gets really dirty and hairy. I have started taking the mop pad off unless I am planning to use the mop feature and that solves the problem. I wouldve done this from the start but I was under the impression that the mop tray would lift if you aren't mopping. Over all, the vacuum does an excellent job, it even gets under my chairs, barstools and China cabinet. The mop feature is okay, it will do a basic clean but if you want a deeper clean or if you have a big mess you'll definitely want to break out a heavier duty mop. (Which is to be expected). I also recommend to do a vacuum only, then apply your mop pad and then do a "full clean" which will vacuum leftovers and mop at the same time. The noise level is mild- moderate. It's definitely not as loud as a traditional vacuum, but if youre watching TV while it's running, you'll probably need to turn it up a bit. I was skeptical on which brand to get, but I really am happy with this purchase and I definitely feel like the machine is a great value for the money! JUST GET THE VACUUM! ... show more

    • I replaced my house cleaner
I am so happy with this purchase! For the price I typically pay to have my home cleaned I can pay this in two months. I typically pay 120-130 biweekly for a cleaner to come in because of the 3k sq feet we have in our house and for me alone that is a lot of flooring to cover. I figured I would rather pay for this item to do it for me and stop paying housecleaners. There is a downside of the mopping that you can not use cleaner directly but with dogs just the cloth wiping down helps cut down on dirt a ton. The vacuum does a great job of picking up and we could tell the difference fast. I like that there is multiple levels of suctions, also for mopping you can choose the amount of water to use. The app is easy to use as well. I was super impressed by the app and it gives you real time status of what parts of floor is cleaned. I love the easy spot or zone cleaning directive on app as well. The noise level is a little loud compared to the shark robot vacuum I previously had but as long as it leaves my floors clean, I don't mind. The battery does take a bit to charge and then according to what suction you use the battery is used a little faster. Overnight it charges fine but if I use the turbo suction I notice battery dies faster. ... show more

Worked great until I needed to replace the sweeper arm. Bought multiple OEM replacements from Amazon and they all tangled in carpet. Contacted Roborock and they sent various replacements, some that were the normal 3 arm brush, some that were 5 arm rubber brush, one was a chair ... they were responsive, but incompetent. EVER OEM REPLACEMENT ARM TANGLED IN CARPET ON THE VERY FIRST USE BUT THE ORINGAL NEVER HAD AN ISSUE FOR A YEAR. Based on lots of emails, Roborock doesn't care that their product is useless on carpet when the arm needs replacing. I would have returned this vacuum immediately if the original arm tangled on carpet. This company is a joke. ... show more

    • Wish I purchased this sooner!
I love this vacuum/mop and only wish that I had purchased it sooner. During prime days I purchased another robot vacuum to see if I liked a robot vacuum. I used that one for a couple weeks but realized that I wanted a vacuum with more features - mapping and automatic dirt storage/capture. So, I returned that one and spent the money to purchase one with the features that I wanted. I found it super easy to set up and get the mapping all set. Also, it is easy to create different rooms in the house, different programs (to mop or not), etc. As long as I wet the mop pad prior to mopping, it does a great job on my hardwood floors. So far, I have always set the water level to the lowest level for mopping. Also, when I am just vacuuming, it does a great job of going up/down on the various carpets I have in my house. I have a dog that sheds a lot and this vacuum keeps the floors and carpets clean. The one thing that was recommended was to vacuum carpets prior to using it for the first time. I did that and have not had any problems. I have not yet programmed it for use when I am out. ... show more

    • Whole new level of lazy
Works great, keeps the place clean, and I dont need to bust out the vacuum. Absolutely infuriating linking to Alexa. Gave up and just used the app which is a little clunky but once you get the hang of it this little guy works perfectly. I dont have pets and have Carpet. I did not use the mop feature because I dont trust water features. One side note check the rollers regularly. This this will gobble up EVERYTHING. And be warned, if you leave a phone charger cable on the floor it will eat it and get stuck. ... show more
