Very good value for the money. I have located several coins and other assorted metal items with this detector. However, I don't put much stock in the selector that is is supposed to tell what type of metal is located. If it goes off, just dig it up......you can never be sure what the mental is without looking. I am happy with this metal detector and would recommend it to anyone. ... show more

I bought this metal detector for my boyfriend and at first he loved it. Now at 18 months it gives false readings all over no matter what you do. Replaced the batteries multiple times to no avail. I had hoped it would last longer but I guess we'll have to save for a more expensive one since this one is not working anymore. ... show more

Should be about $50. Kids could use this at the park. Not good enough for a beginner detectorist. Update 4/29/22 The company contacted me about my previous review and sent a second detector so I gave them 4 stars for customer service.
