I threw a plastic fork on top of the bag for a size comparison. I have one plant, and I was not expecting this bag to be as big as it was. This was a good mix but the chunks were more like that of a Cattleya mix. Super large chunks means less water retention. The orchid is doing fine in this but it was a larger plant to start with. smaller plants will not fair well as they will dry to quickly. good as a cheap in a pinch mix but be ready to break it up a bit. ... show more
