This was my first owned Slam Ball. I've used a slam ball a couple of times when I used to go to CrossFit with a friend. But since I'm not that good at crossfit (low stamina) I wanted to train by myself so that I can have higher stamina when I join crossfit again. I was looking for equipment and I remember using a slam ball, so I went to look at amazon for slam balls. This was the one that I have chosen since it's on the cheaper side. I know $40 isn't cheap, but some of the slam balls are a little too ridiculous when it comes to the pricing. So I got this one instead. I've been using this for three months now. I would do push-ups or the rollover push up (where you would roll the ball to one hand then do a push up) and the wall balls in the garage. I'm surprised that for the price of this ball it hasn't busted yet, I weight roughly 200 lbs. I added a picture to show the size of it in my hands (Note: I have ginormous hands) and to show the treads on the ball (it's not deep threads) In conclusion, I love this slam ball because it's cheap and durable. I did remove a star because like what the other guy has said the insides shift a little bit, but it hasn't really bothered me that much.
