The bench was easy to assemble. Parts appear durable and professionally machined. That said, this is not an Olympic style heavy duty workout bench. Adjust your expectations commensurate with the bargain price. It is a perfectly decent product for the price, excellent for beginner to intermediate level lifters looking for a moderate workout. I'm a fifty year old professional looking to start lifting again after 8 years of zero exercise and activity. This is a fine starter model which I hope to outgrow with consistent workouts.

Overall it's a decent bench but the butterfly attachment hinders the bench press can't fully bring all the way down plus the width of the bench is not safe for the Olympic bar you have to have two people to add weights or it will tip over a lil disappointed but you get what you pay for

This machine comes with a few more multi-function attachments than others. If you would compared to others multi-function bench press and they sell for more. It does not come with any weight plates and barbell. It took me about an hour to put it together used an impact driver tool. You can also use a socket wrench with a 17mm and 14mm sockets. It includes some useless junkie tools. One complain that I have is the instruction manual was sucks (pictures only). Other than that the build is solid and stable once you tighten all the bolts down.

It’s a great bench to me personally. If you are a big guy it’s not gonna work well. The chest fly is a bit off to me but I can work with it. The lat bar and preacher pad are separate parts you can switch out. The instructions are like ikea lol. They aren’t very detailed but it’s not hard to figure out what goes where. Took no time to put together and watched the Arnold documentary while doing it so it was fun. The bench itself is nice but again it works for me and my frame. I’m 5ft7 and 185lbs so I would say anyone much bigger is going to have a hard time with it and I would recommend another rack for squats. Overall though for the price this is a nice addition to have for the days I can’t make it to the gym or need that extra workout at home.

I purchased this item and I am extremely disappointed with the overall quality and the lack of instructions provided. The experience has been nothing short of frustrating and has left me feeling cheated. Firstly, the quality of the item is subpar. It is evident that the manufacturer has compromised on the materials used and the craftsmanship. The item feels flimsy and fragile, and I have serious doubts about its durability. It is not built to withstand regular use, let alone any wear and tear. To make matters worse, there were no instructions included with the item. This lack of guidance has made it incredibly difficult to set up and use the item effectively. I have spent hours trying to figure out how to assemble and operate it, only to end up with a frustratingly incomplete understanding. As a consumer, I expect clear and concise instructions to be provided with any product I purchase. It is the responsibility of the manufacturer to ensure that customers have the necessary information to use the item correctly and safely. The absence of instructions has not only wasted my time but has also put me at risk of damaging the item or using it improperly. I am deeply disappointed with this purchase and I strongly advise others to reconsider buying this item. The poor quality and lack of instructions make it a complete waste of money. I am returning it immediately. In conclusion, the item has proven to be a significant letdown due to its poor quality and the absence of instructions. I hope that the manufacturer takes this feedback seriously and improves their product and customer support in the future.
