I am around 166 ponds , very sturdy for me when I was running even at higher speed👍 The interface is intuitive and easy to use, and I appreciate the variety of pre-programmed workouts. The cushioning is excellent, making for a comfortable and low-impact run. I've been using it regularly since I owned for now, and I've already noticed a significant improvement in my cardio fitness. Very nice as far as space, but very flimsy. Someone mentioned problems with wobbling even when you tighten bolts as tight as you can. When running at 8 miles an hour the whole tread mill is bouncing. I only weigh 150 so it shouldn't be doing that. I do not feel safe running on this and do not have comfort with other family members safety on this treadmill.
