Unfortunately, the pitcher has gotten kind of scratched up over the years and no matter how much I clean it, it still looks kind of cloudy and dull. Since this replacement pitcher was offered to me, I thought I'd try it and I'm very impressed. Now, it is a low-profile and wider design but holds the same amount of food or liquid at 64 ounces. The container and lid seem to be of very good quality, as is the blade mechanism. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is I wish they'd include a plunger like the original OEM Vitamix pitchers have where you can plunge down your food or liquid if it needs some help mixing. Other than that, it works great and blends great. The only limitation is I'd say if you are blending a very small quantity of liquid, you might want to choose a smaller blender as I have found (due to the wide bottom of this container) small amounts of liquid tend to splatter around the blender. However, I'd say any amount over two cups and more this pitcher does a great job!

This replacement container has been a great upgrade for my Vitamix. I’ve had my blender since I got married, and while the motor still runs like new, the original container had become scratched and cloudy over time. Swapping it out with this one made the whole machine feel refreshed. It holds 64 ounces, just like the original, but the design is shorter and wider. That makes it easier to store in a cabinet and also a little easier to clean. The material feels sturdy, the lid fits securely, and the blade assembly works smoothly without any signs of wear or weakness. Everything about it feels well built. Blending performance is excellent. I’ve used it for smoothies, sauces, and soups, and it consistently delivers a smooth result. The wide base makes small batches a little tricky, but anything over two cups blends perfectly. The price feels fair considering the quality and how much life it adds to your blender. My only minor complaint is that it doesn’t come with a tamper, which I find useful for thicker blends. Still, that’s a small thing. Overall, this is a high-quality replacement that made my Vitamix feel brand new again. If your original container is showing its age, this is a smart, worthwhile upgrade.

Perfect match for my Vitamix 7500. My Great Dane had chewed mine up when she was a puppy and the replacement was so expensive that I couldn’t bring myself to waste the money. This works just like the original, no slips, no leaks, same capacity and I hope durability follows in time. I’ve had it for two months without any further regular use, so far so good! (Love margaritas and smoothies!) win win!

Seems indentical in size, shape, and functionality to the original Vitamix pitcher. If it wasn't for the fact that my original is hazed from years of use, you really wouldn't be able to tell them apart. The tamper (not included with the replacement) from my original fits and works fine in this one.
