Well I didn’t do a torch test, but I really like it. I feel safer having it. Certain materials of counter tops are not heat resistant. I intend to buy another one. This one is big enough for anything I have, it fits my crockpot, air fryer, instant pot etc. but I have to swap them out as needed. Having 2 or a larger one would fix that.
