I should say that I do use a mild cleansing soap with these, but I have tried them with just water and they do work. It just takes a bit more work, and I want to do as little scrubbing as possible! WHAT I LOVE: - I bought the black ones, and I love that I’m not staining them. -The little strap! These are small, so it’s a nice feature to avoid dropping them. - They are soft. I notice others have complained about them tugging/dragging at delicate skin, but I didn’t have that issue, perhaps because I thoroughly wet them before use, and as mentioned above, I add a cleansing soap. - I absolutely love that they say, “Makeup Eraser” on them. It doesn’t matter how many times I beg my husband not to use certain cloths for cleaning, because he will eventually forget and use a nice white spa washcloth to clean the toilet. But if it says what it’s for right on it, he’s on board! It seems like a dumb little detail, but it’s probably my favorite thing about these. - No more makeup remover wipes!! Seriously, they are so expensive and do such a poor job. I have tried them all, and they’re really universally lame. And some of them contain irritating or even damaging ingredients. I love being able to pick my own high-quality cleanser & still have a quick, easy removal process. - These came with a little laundry bag! How genius! I keep the bag in a cupboard in the bathroom & once one gets dirty, I just toss it in. That way I don’t have to hunt through a load of laundry every time I want to wash my face. - These are perfect for travel. They take up less space than a pack of makeup remover wipes. WHAT I DON’T LOVE: - I can’t really think of anything. These are exactly as they should be. After I’m done washing my face, I put a little Dawn dish soap on this cloth and scrub it in for 10 seconds or so, then rinse with hot water. I squeeze it out and let it air dry. That way I feel comfortable using one of these 2-3 times before tossing it in the little laundry bag. Easy peasy! To be honest, I was really bad about removing my makeup at night before I got these. I just didn’t like having to scrub at my face with a makeup remover wipe, and it never felt like they got my face very clean anyway. I shower in the mornings, so I usually just talked myself into waiting until showering to wash my face. But it’s so bad for your skin (and your pillowcases!) to sleep in makeup. These would be a great gift for a makeup-loving friend!

Look The color of these makeup erasers look phenomenal! The bag they come in for laundry is also super cute and matching which makes laundry day for towels so much easier :) Literally the only downside is that this color (green neutrals) isn't one that comes with a pouch to put clean ones but there are other colorways that do. Quality I used to own the budget Target makeup towels a year ago and I quickly stopped because I felt like they were a pointless gimmick- the fluff would fall off all the time and I felt like a facial towel did the job just fine. After getting these I can see it was definitely a quality thing. These are tough little guys and they also do actually get makeup off! They also aren't immediately falling out and its nice to not have to rub too hard to get my makeup off at night Use So far I've been using them to clean my face at the end of the day and get makeup off :)

I struggle with acne problems and difficulty cleaning makeup from my face without causing irritation. I was impressed with the first time I used these. For others who do struggle with acne problems, I would recommend washing them with free and clear soap rather than in regular laundry detergent. The first use it took my foundation off extremely well; this cloth performed better than most makeup wipes. With this not being a single-use product, I am more inclined to love it. All of my DOUBTS on whether the good reviews I read that led me to choose this product were LEGIT have been WIPED AWAY... like my foundation! I use full coverage foundation and I do not use waterproof makeup, due to how difficult it can be to remove, so I can only review this for high quality makeup set with Urban Decay setting sprays.
